GBWhere is my 2nd rug … I ordered 2 rugs in November. I received one, which I am happy with. My second rug was shipped to the wrong address and I had to bend over backwards to get in touch with someone about it. They promised that a replacement rug would be shipped a week ago…. Of course it has not shipped and nobody is answering my messages on how to get it to ship! I don’t think I have ever left a review for anything but I feel compelled to because of how frustrating this experience has been. It’s too bad bc I do love the first rug I received… but I wouldn’t order another one because of the horrible time I’ve had trying to track down this second rug. Bummer

GBFame Rug is Astonishingly Dishonest In summary: The dishonesty from "Mary" at Fame Rugs has been astounding. This is not a professional company. I placed an order for a rug from Fame Rugs on October 25th 2022. Two weeks later, having no confirmation or status update, I emailed for several days, asking for an order update, finally gave up, bought elsewhere, and asked Fame to cancel and refund my order. The following day I received an email completely ignoring my cancellation request, saying it'd be shipped soon. I responded repeatedly asking to cancel the order, and was again ignored until another week later they emailed saying the rug was about to arrive. Fame refused to comply with their return policy and pay for return shipping, and instead suggested that I sell the rug and they would refund the difference up to 20% of the price. Super weird and unprofessional, but with little other recourse I did sell the rug, and have spent 15 months trying to get the $68 difference refunded. The excuses are getting absurd: "Credit card isn't working", "Venmo stuck in pending", "Will process when I get to the office", "Have asked my manager to process". Do not give them your money.

GBNever received order... Placed an order in the beginning of January 2023. Did not receive my order even a month later, asked and they said they are in the earthquake region which is why it is taking so long but they would update me on the status soon. I've sent multiple inquiries and they have stopped responding and it is now almost April of 2023 and no order, response, update or refund. This site is FRAUD.

GBBest Customer Service Ever... Although I wasn't completely satisfied with the look of the rug I chose, I've never had better customer service in my life. In retrospect, I believe I should have contacted the company first, instead of a public comment regarding my disappointment. The company contacted me immediately and asked ME how to make things right. Who does that these days? Who actually converses with their customers directly? If you find a product you like, give Fame a try. They seem to be the kind of company anyone would want to do business with.

GBEXTRAORDINARY RUG!! OMG!! This rug is simply fantastic. And an incredible bargain as well. I waited a few months before writing this review so that I could see how it held up. It is extraordinary. It cleans very easily either with a vacuum or even just with a moist cloth. It is lustrous and completely transformed my living room. YAY!
