Shipping would be 3 times cost of rug. They said I'll get a partial refund....they lied,I got nothing. UPDATE: Your reply is not true. You agreed the rug was wrong by email. You promised a refund but didn't issue it.Where is my refund?

EXTRAORDINARY RUG!! OMG!! This rug is simply fantastic. And an incredible bargain as well. I waited a few months before writing this review so that I could see how it held up. It is extraordinary. It cleans very easily either with a vacuum or even just with a moist cloth. It is lustrous and completely transformed my living room. YAY!

Horrendous customer service While they do have pretty rugs it’s unfortunate the customer service is not great. The website is misleading and doesn’t let you know it’s coming from another country (making returning basically impossible) and when not receiving a rug for several months, and asking to cancel the item - said it was being canceled and then shipped several months later and not made whole is concerning. The response was less than appropriate from them stating “I hope karma comes your way…” I would avoid using them at all costs unless you order the rugs through Amazon to take them out of the equation for purchasing.

Never received order... Placed an order in the beginning of January 2023. Did not receive my order even a month later, asked and they said they are in the earthquake region which is why it is taking so long but they would update me on the status soon. I've sent multiple inquiries and they have stopped responding and it is now almost April of 2023 and no order, response, update or refund. This site is FRAUD.

Red and fabulous! We just moved into a new home in April and had big plans to build a nice bookcase in our living room. After looking for weeks, we found and ordered beautiful red Turkish rug from Etsy. It took about a month to arrive but it was no matter because we only just finished the room and rolled out the carpet a couple weeks ago! The rug has a small pile but it's very smooth and soft to the touch. We put a rug pad underneath since it's a bit thin. I'm very comfortable just sitting on the floor, and I love how the color pops in the room with our furniture. I was going to post a photo but I don't know how.
