GBBest Customer Service Ever... Although I wasn't completely satisfied with the look of the rug I chose, I've never had better customer service in my life. In retrospect, I believe I should have contacted the company first, instead of a public comment regarding my disappointment. The company contacted me immediately and asked ME how to make things right. Who does that these days? Who actually converses with their customers directly? If you find a product you like, give Fame a try. They seem to be the kind of company anyone would want to do business with.

GBHats off to good customer service I just ordered my new rug. I haven’t received it yet but in speaking with Mary, she has been very accommodating and has given me great customer service. I look forward to enjoying my new rug soon. Thanks Mary.

GBZero stars Zero stars! Scam site. No confirmation receipt except for credit card payment. No way to track order or confirmation number. This is a site through turkey. Beware! Reported as fraud.

GBThe quality of the rugs are not great The quality of the rugs are not great. They are vey thin and Fame Rugs lies to their consumers; I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my final rug (we ordered 3) to even be picked up by FedEx. I have spoken to chat representatives numerous times only to be told that my shipping information will get updated when it gets updated.

GBAbsolutely awful Absolutely awful. I ordered this rug, the wrong rug arrived. I asked them to send out the correct rug. Instead they cancelled my order! I re-ordered .. Waited waited and AGAIN they have sent the wrong rug! To receive the correct rug will have taken months, and customer service is so slow!
