Somebody please tell me how to contact… Somebody please tell me how to contact a real person there. I bought 3 of the same rug. I received ONE. I have a dispute with my CC company now. I just want the rugs. Please if you have their customer service number I need it.

Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. I ordered this rug, the wrong rug arrived. I asked them to send out the correct rug. Instead they cancelled my order! I re-ordered .. Waited waited and AGAIN they have sent the wrong rug! To receive the correct rug will have taken months, and customer service is so slow!

Hats off to good customer service I just ordered my new rug. I haven’t received it yet but in speaking with Mary, she has been very accommodating and has given me great customer service. I look forward to enjoying my new rug soon. Thanks Mary.

NEVER AGAIN - Doesn't stand behind their products Bought a washable rug from them. The description explicitly said it was washable. We washed it cold water, gentle cycle with gentle detergent and air dried it. Rug was absolutely ruined - fabric pilled up and rug shrank substantially -and this company refused to stand behind their product. I will never buy a rug for this place again.
