USI bought a 1621$ Tempur-Pedic mattress… I bought a 1621$ Tempur-Pedic mattress from them in early September 2023. They did not deliver it till October 2023. After that they called me in late October 2023 and told me Tempur-Pedic was delaying deliveries and that I could change to Beautyrest Black C class with a free movable base thrown in to compensate for the delay in delivery. I agreed for the switch only to realise they filed for bankruptcy just days afterwards. I am now stuck with an absolutely bad quality mattress that I can't use and my $1621 are stuck due to bankruptcy filing. I am sure the owner of Johns Creek, GA store who personally called me and offeredcme to switch will pay for his bad Karma since I have been sleeping on the couch for the past 6 months thanks to him. Please go ahead and buy from them if you think they will treat you differently!

USI knew someone who worked there... I knew someone who worked there... Horrible ownership, like the absolute worst, bankruptcy, delayed or missing pay with all vendors and employees. Only 'good thing?' the stores smell nice. If it doesn't choke you.

USSTAY FAR AWAY!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! Ordered mattress on 02/21/2024. $3,025.42. It is now 04/11/2024, I have no mattress, no tracking number, no email response, no chat response, no phone call answers or returns. Me and my bank are fighting to get my money back.. Sucks

USSame experience as others... SCAM. Do NOT order from this alleged company. Same experience. Paid $2000 for nothing. Sent me a tracking number with a delivery company which was a nonexistant. Got an answering machine saying you're calling during non-business hours. SCAM. I finally reached a store who advised that they filed bankruptcy and call my credit card company for a refund. FRAUDULENT! AND THEY'RE STILL ONLINE AND SENDING ME ADS! DO NOT GET SCAMMED! STEER CLEAR. I'm calling the state attorney general's office. I'd give them a minus 5 stars if I could. It's taken me from February until now to even know that this "shipping" never occurred, nor wouldn't!

USIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a massage chair Jan 22,2024. Expedited shipping and said it would be delivered between Jan 29 and Feb 6. We call on the 10th and they said that it should ship "shortly". Could not give me a date. Called the next week and I get the same statement "shortly". After continuous calls and continuous "shortly's" customer service quit answering calls, emails or anything. We finally called a store and a manager was able to get us some information. It had just been sitting in their warehouse. No shipping info or anything. We finally received it April 2 2024. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. If it hadn't came when it did we were filing disputes with credit card. Horrible business, horrible customer service.
