I knew someone who worked there... I knew someone who worked there... Horrible ownership, like the absolute worst, bankruptcy, delayed or missing pay with all vendors and employees. Only 'good thing?' the stores smell nice. If it doesn't choke you.

BEWARE when ordering from them!! BEWARE when ordering from this business! I ordered a massage chair over a month ago and still haven’t received it or even gotten an update about it! I was told I would have it delivered from 7-10 business days, and that came and gone. Then I was told the first employee who told me that was mistaken and that it would take about 2 1/2 weeks! Well after that period of time still nothing…called back, was promised I’d have it by the 3rd week and no later than the 4th week, and again still nothing. So now I’m trying to cancel my order…and to my surprise they are not email me back or answering any of my phone calls anymore! Definitely beware of ordering anything from them!!! Sure seems like they are scammers!!

Visa gift card is a scam Purchased a mattress and was promised a 200$ visa gift card. After following up for months, filling out forms and mailing to addresses that were not valid and they were returned, they finally accepted the form via email. After inquiring numerous times as to the delivery of the gift card I received an email saying they filed bankrupcy 6 months ago and could not honor it. Total scam, they never had any intention of honoring this, and just hope people give up.

Stearns and Foster mattress Bought a Stearns and Foster mattress. Honest price, salesman was great, and delivery was seamless. Sleep Galleria included a sheet set and two pillows. Small issue: Just wish we had received 2 slide sleeper pillows instead of one regular and one side sleeper. Overall an excellent experience!

I CONTACTED MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPENED AN INVESTIGATION SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. I LEARNED MY LESSON AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMM COMPANY! I ORDERED A TITAN 4D MASSAGE CHAIR ON 01/09/2024.
