GBThe bed is what was expected The bed is what was expected . When buying the bed shipping details are given a week later and it’s hard to track the package with out calling and speaking to several people it’s like you buy the product and wait for them to contact you which was quite odd to me . It sucked not knowing when the bed will arrive until 3 days prior . Delivery team was suppose to remove old mattress and they were not helpful the came while it was raining and did not call prior to arrival and we’re very unhelpful .

GBTold me they were under new management… Told me they were under new management so ignore past reviews. Not true. Terrible. Sent cheaper chair then ordered and kept saying they would correct it but they didn’t. Beware of what their customer support person tells you. It’s not the truth.

GBGift Card Scam - Bad For Business I purchased a mattress from Sleep Galleria and never received the $300.00 Visa gift card promised, even after numerus follow ups. I've been following up almost every week and have not received any updates, responses or acknowledgement from "support@sleepgalleria . com". Yet, every time when I called for a status, I've been told to email support@sleepgalleria . com. There's a 90 day waiting period to file for the gift card. Not sure if I can even dispute the charge since it's pass 90+ days from purchase. I called the manager at the location where I purchased the mattress, he said gift card is handled by Corporate. No responses from Emily at Corporate to date.
