GBI was double charged for a $4179.99… I was double charged for a $4179.99 Tempurpedic mattress and it took me 9 months to resolve it with my bank bc the Sleep Galleria corporate office does not know how to respond to customer inquiries. Hours and days of my life this took and 6 different appeals on the bank's decisions not to credit my card for the duplicate charge. Feb '23-Oct'23 while charging interest. Worst experience of my life. Go somewhere else. Their accounting practices are questionable. Check out their corporate office reviews as you are at their mercy.

GBStearns and Foster mattress Bought a Stearns and Foster mattress. Honest price, salesman was great, and delivery was seamless. Sleep Galleria included a sheet set and two pillows. Small issue: Just wish we had received 2 slide sleeper pillows instead of one regular and one side sleeper. Overall an excellent experience!

GBBEWARE when ordering from them!! BEWARE when ordering from this business! I ordered a massage chair over a month ago and still haven’t received it or even gotten an update about it! I was told I would have it delivered from 7-10 business days, and that came and gone. Then I was told the first employee who told me that was mistaken and that it would take about 2 1/2 weeks! Well after that period of time still nothing…called back, was promised I’d have it by the 3rd week and no later than the 4th week, and again still nothing. So now I’m trying to cancel my order…and to my surprise they are not email me back or answering any of my phone calls anymore! Definitely beware of ordering anything from them!!! Sure seems like they are scammers!!

GBDavid Youngblood was helpful. David Youngblood was very helpful in answering all of my questions about massage chairs. He gave suggestions and explained functions of chairs. Very knowledgeable, friendly customer service. Great deal, can’t wait for the chair to arrive. Update: chair delivered in 12 days. White glove installation was easy. Great chair, great service.

GBTold me they were under new management… Told me they were under new management so ignore past reviews. Not true. Terrible. Sent cheaper chair then ordered and kept saying they would correct it but they didn’t. Beware of what their customer support person tells you. It’s not the truth.
