GBAll in good time.... I bought a pair of flamingo chair cushions for my kitchen table. They cost $50, which is pricy but I wanted the print. It took over a month for them to arrive, with me having to follow up with the company several times to ask what was going on. The quality was poor and so I returned them, after requesting return information several times. They received the cushions back pretty quickly but two weeks later had still not issued a refund. It wasn't until I contacted them again (4th time?) that the refund process was started. This, despite their website promising a refund 3-5 days after receipt of returned merchandise. They charged me $10 to return their poor quality product. Thanks, Dot&Bo, for a very unfulfilling shopping experience that cost me $10.

GBZero contact from customer support! Placed order from Dot and Bo on 5/17 for a bedding set. My card was charged same day and shipping info provided the next. But NOTHING has happened since. UPS acknowledges the shipping label but has not received the package from the seller yet. I’ve attempted to contact them twice through there vague website with ZERO response. I simply want an update and a realistic timeline. If that can’t be provided, then proceed with cancellation and refund process. If you buy from them, don’t expect any customer support.

GBTook awhile to process and ship Took awhile to process and ship my order compared to other companies. I needed to return it, wasn't the right color, so I filled out a return request form. It's been over a week and they are still "processing" my return request. I gave 3 stars because Dot & Bo could improve their speed.

GBI purchased a 59” wicker/glass table… I purchased a 59” wicker/glass table and I’m not happy with the product or their customer service. It took weeks to deliver and now it’s taking weeks to return it. Dot & Bo keeps telling me that they’re waiting for a response from the manufacturer before I can send it back. This is totally unacceptable and I’m hesitant to recommend this company to anyone.

GBDelivery service issue If you live in upstairs apartment, their delivery service would not deliver items to your door. They had me meet them downstairs and I basically had to guard my dresser in the rain till someone was available to assist me. It also took very long time to receive item, 20 something days...from what I understand return service is complicated too...I would not be ordering from this site again.
