Delivery service issue If you live in upstairs apartment, their delivery service would not deliver items to your door. They had me meet them downstairs and I basically had to guard my dresser in the rain till someone was available to assist me. It also took very long time to receive item, 20 something days...from what I understand return service is complicated too...I would not be ordering from this site again.

Granddaughter Twirls Bought my granddaughter a cute size 8/10 dress and she loves it. Thrilled that she can twirl, doesn't fit too loose, but she has plenty of growing room. Price was excellent. Package arrived in a timely fashion and this was an overall great experience.

I like the fact that there are both… I like the fact that there are both classic models and modern versions of furniture, which are made in accordance with current requirements. I think that this online store has many regular clients. And it's not surprising at all.

Pictures aren't accurate and returning is a nightmare Christmas came within a decent time frame but the pictures on the site are a far cry from reality After hours (literally) trying to get it fluffed to it's full potential it still wasn't much better than a Charlie Brown tree. I could easily see the floor and the walls behind it I tried the auto return link on the site and they wanted $56 to return it. $56 dollars for a less than $300 item. No way they aid that to ship it to me and no way I should have to pay that to ship it back Now I'm in a "3 business day wait for customer support to respond AVOID DOTANDBO AT ALL COSTS

Zero contact from customer support! Placed order from Dot and Bo on 5/17 for a bedding set. My card was charged same day and shipping info provided the next. But NOTHING has happened since. UPS acknowledges the shipping label but has not received the package from the seller yet. I’ve attempted to contact them twice through there vague website with ZERO response. I simply want an update and a realistic timeline. If that can’t be provided, then proceed with cancellation and refund process. If you buy from them, don’t expect any customer support.
