It's been over a week and they are still "processing" my return request. I gave 3 stars because Dot & Bo could improve their speed.

I like the fact that there are both… I like the fact that there are both classic models and modern versions of furniture, which are made in accordance with current requirements. I think that this online store has many regular clients. And it's not surprising at all.

I'm sure it was done with a computerized machine as the names came out great, however, they could have used better quality material. Definitely would not buy again, and do not recommend.

It looks very high quality, it seems to be made of dense and durable material and will serve us long enough. Prices are a little above average. But we're fine with it.

It took weeks to deliver and now it’s taking weeks to return it. Dot & Bo keeps telling me that they’re waiting for a response from the manufacturer before I can send it back. This is totally unacceptable and I’m hesitant to recommend this company to anyone.
