I placed an order on July 19...on July… I placed an order on July 19...on July 30 a shipping label was created and package was never shipped! They were happy to Bill my credit card though so I guess I will have to fight that. They don’t answer the phone and have had no communication except a useless tracking number. Do NOT waste your money here.

Good Product but very slow services I am happy with the product quality. There were couple of reasons why i gave 3 stars, first of all my order took unusually longer time to arrive. When it did arrive, it was incomplete and i had to go through the process of return and repurchase which was not fun. Also, it was inconvenient to not get customer service when you need it, such as having customer service contact or phone number. I was being helped by email but it takes 24 hours for the rep to get back to me and i would rather just call and sort everything out on a call quickly.

Zero contact from customer support! Placed order from Dot and Bo on 5/17 for a bedding set. My card was charged same day and shipping info provided the next. But NOTHING has happened since. UPS acknowledges the shipping label but has not received the package from the seller yet. I’ve attempted to contact them twice through there vague website with ZERO response. I simply want an update and a realistic timeline. If that can’t be provided, then proceed with cancellation and refund process. If you buy from them, don’t expect any customer support.

Enjoying my purchases in Central Ohio! I have purchased several items from Dot & Bo for my house over the last several years. The service the company has provided has always been excellent. I love the unique items, such as my hanging shelves made from reclaimed barn wood. Everyone who comes to my home compliments and wants to know where I purchased them. I always give Dot & Bo the credit!

The quality of this piece is very disappointing The quality of this piece is very disappointing. I purchased it as a house warming gift, and I am almost ashamed to present it to my friends. I'm sure it was done with a computerized machine as the names came out great, however, they could have used better quality material. Definitely would not buy again, and do not recommend.
