All in good time.... I bought a pair of flamingo chair cushions for my kitchen table. They cost $50, which is pricy but I wanted the print. It took over a month for them to arrive, with me having to follow up with the company several times to ask what was going on. The quality was poor and so I returned them, after requesting return information several times. They received the cushions back pretty quickly but two weeks later had still not issued a refund. It wasn't until I contacted them again (4th time?) that the refund process was started. This, despite their website promising a refund 3-5 days after receipt of returned merchandise. They charged me $10 to return their poor quality product. Thanks, Dot&Bo, for a very unfulfilling shopping experience that cost me $10.

Delivery service issue If you live in upstairs apartment, their delivery service would not deliver items to your door. They had me meet them downstairs and I basically had to guard my dresser in the rain till someone was available to assist me. It also took very long time to receive item, 20 something days...from what I understand return service is complicated too...I would not be ordering from this site again.

The quality of this piece is very disappointing The quality of this piece is very disappointing. I purchased it as a house warming gift, and I am almost ashamed to present it to my friends. I'm sure it was done with a computerized machine as the names came out great, however, they could have used better quality material. Definitely would not buy again, and do not recommend.

Enjoying my purchases in Central Ohio! I have purchased several items from Dot & Bo for my house over the last several years. The service the company has provided has always been excellent. I love the unique items, such as my hanging shelves made from reclaimed barn wood. Everyone who comes to my home compliments and wants to know where I purchased them. I always give Dot & Bo the credit!

Granddaughter Twirls Bought my granddaughter a cute size 8/10 dress and she loves it. Thrilled that she can twirl, doesn't fit too loose, but she has plenty of growing room. Price was excellent. Package arrived in a timely fashion and this was an overall great experience.
