GBThreadfox doesn't know how to keep an inventory I ordered a shirt two weeks ago (Dec 16) with a hope and a prayer it'd make it here by Christmas. As the day draws closer it dawns on me that I'm going to have to tell my boyfriend his gift isn't here yet on Christmas. This morning (Dec 26) I woke up to an email saying my order has been canceled! "because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order"!! BS. How do you not know how many shirts you have and be unable to order more/limit the quantity people can buy online??? It's ridiculous. Don't order from threadfox otherwise they'll just cancel your order (and now the shirt I wanted is off the website completely!). At least I got a refund but this is so so disappointing for me and my boyfriend this Christmas.

DENever received my ordered shirt and campaign keeps extending even though its goal was reached Ordered a shirt during a campaign that had a countdown. Shipping was said to happen as soon as the campaign ends. After one week, not receiving any update in the meanwhile, I checked the page again and the campaign was apparently extended and had a few hours left. According to the product page, it reached its goal, though. Two days later, I see that the campaign was again extended and had a few hours left. Next day, same thing. Asked their support, but no reply. I got my money back via PayPal and if I look at the product page now, guess what: 3 hours left for the campaign. Feels like scam.

GBSatisfied Customers +1 While I was purchasing a piece of clothing from the website, I encountered a problem in which I ordered the wrong size. After submitting a ticket, the staff was quick the respond back with help. They fixed my problem very swiftly and were very generous about it. Most new companies don’t focus as much on costumer satisfaction as this one does and that’s why I believe they deserve a 5-star review.

GBEnjoy my 28 dollars Threadfox!!! I bought a t shirt from Threadfox and it just arrived in the mail 07/13/18. I'm a big guy and i ordered a 3xl Mr Meeseeks target training. The t shirt is definitely not a 3XL more like an XL. I reached out to customer service to be refunded or maybe get a much larger size shirt. Customer service said "Unfortunately your order is no longer eligible for cancellation/return as it has been successfully produced and shipped. Threadfox is a custom made to order store, and because we do not hold an inventory, we are unable to process cancellations or returns once an order is in stage". So basically it says buy our product but if there's an issue with it and you want to return or cancel the order too bad. I recommend not to buy their products and i never will again. Enjoy my 28 dollars Threadfox that will be the last bit of money you will get from me.

CAGreat products and customer service! I ordered 2 mugs for Christmas presents and they arrived at reasonable time considering where they were shipped from. The first one to arrive was perfect! The second one came a few days later and was unfortunatly cracked (happens with shipping sometimes, not the providers fault) Chris in customer service was very quick to resolve the issue and immediately put in a claim to have a new one sent to me free of charge. It's nice to deal with such a helpful customer service team, will defenitly be ordering again!!
