GBI ordered a hoodie for Xmas I ordered a hoodie for Xmas. I know I ordered a male 3xl size. I checked it twice. I received a femail S size hoodie. The print on the hoodie not even look like on the website. Smaller and you see the pixels on it. I wrote an email for the exchange, but they don't do it. They can give me a 40% off for the next purchase. No thanks! I'm so disappointed!

CATerrible. Took them a month and a half to ship me a mug. Finally received it. Box isn't labeled fragile and there is no padding in the box so the mug arrived broken. The mug also wasn't even close to the picture. Absolutely awful.

GBResearch first! DO NOT RECOMMEND The price was not as advertised on threadfox.com The shipping took forever. The customer service is very snappy and negative. *Update* When they saw this negative review, they reached out with a template sounding email, justified everything and gave me a guilt trip about posting bad reviews for small businesses and offered to bribe me with a 70% discount "on any product" to remove it. They also said that they include the 13.99 Mug in the price under the T-shirt picture as a "Starting at price". Not BBB Accredited. As I have researched this page, there are many complaints. Research first!

GBSatisfied Customers +1 While I was purchasing a piece of clothing from the website, I encountered a problem in which I ordered the wrong size. After submitting a ticket, the staff was quick the respond back with help. They fixed my problem very swiftly and were very generous about it. Most new companies don’t focus as much on costumer satisfaction as this one does and that’s why I believe they deserve a 5-star review.

GBNice product but not worth the stress Ordered three mugs from Threadfox for my family for Christmas. There was quite a bit of confusion as to when the product was supposed to be delivered. The website said that it would provide tracking updates, as well as text messages to alert the progress of the shipping. I received neither, so I did not know when my package was supposed to arrive. I live a short way from my parents' house, so I anticipated that I would just go pick up the package from my place when it came. Apparently, it was delivered before Christmas, but I never got any alerts or tracking updates. So I did not have the mugs to give on Christmas day. That being said, the mugs came out very nice and my family loved them. And Threadfox was quick to respond when I emailed them asking about the status of my order. However, I consider it lucky that the package got delivered at all and that they were the correct mugs to begin with (based on other people's experiences), and it was so stressful that I probably would not order from them again.
