Terrible. Took them a month and a half to ship me a mug. Finally received it. Box isn't labeled fragile and there is no padding in the box so the mug arrived broken. The mug also wasn't even close to the picture. Absolutely awful.

Great Customer Service but TERRIBLE PRODUCTS :( Great customer service when an issue came up! Chris Goodwin was amazing at getting back to me, aces all round. Edit: Realized the shirt material is really bad. Coarse and irritating low quality cotton. It's pilling already after one wash. The printed design is starting to flake off, it's a huge shame since the design itself is amazing. For the price of the shirt, I had expected a higher quality soft cotton material. I got two shirts and both are the same poor quality. Feels like a rip-off, shame because their customer service is great.

I had a wonderful experience I had a wonderful experience. I purchased 2 mugs off of Threadfox. Instantly, my tracking was put into the Shop app. It was very easy for me to track my items. I did panic though when only 1 mug had arrived. I messaged customer service and Chris Goodwin was extremely helpful! He sent links for me to track the second mug and wished me a happy holidays after everything was finished!

Don't ever buy here - They take the money, but do never send anything After placing the order, the money was debited and the purchase was confirmed. But after that (which was over 3 months ago) NOTHING came. No dispatch confirmation, no delivery, no answer to my question to the support I sent after 2 months.

Teavee mug super cute Just received the Teavee mug, my daughter is going to LOVE IT! Chris answered all my questions super fast by email and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase or the response from the company. The mug arrived in a timely fashion and was packed extremely well. Will not hesitate to order again the future.
