GBdont do it I ordered a rug in september, here we are in February, still no rug. No replies to email, no replies via IG, no replies when you call. Frustrated because the rug was over $500. I only spent that amount because I wanted to support the owner.

I sent a frustrated text and she finally called me back to scold me for saying f_ck. She and all her products can go to hell. Give me back my money.

GBKaren Jai Home charged 42 dollars for a… Karen Jai Home charged 42 dollars for a vase they passed as a luxury item which really was just a drop ship counterfeit item from china. Then refused to refund the item and harassed me via phone and sent me a racist email. Avoid this company at all costs.

GBNot the most professional I ordered a set of canvases and a tray. The canvases were delivered in a timely manner. After 35 business days, no indication the tray had even shipped. It's clear I won't get a real human response from their support email so may have to dispute with bank per other comments..

GBOverpriced poor quality products, horrible customer service I ordered two items during a November Black Friday sale, expecting to have them by Christmas. My credit card was charged, but then I heard nothing from them even after repeated inquiries. When I tried to get my money back they claimed the items were in the mail and I didn't receive them until the following February. I purchased two woven floor pillows which were overpriced garbage. They are tiny and of poor quality. They are extremely uncomfortable (one of them is woven grass over a metal frame- no padding!) and they are falling apart after a few months despite minimal use. Absolutely do not buy from this company. They have beautiful photographs, not beautiful products and horrific customer service.
