Pre-ordered a lamp through their… Pre-ordered a lamp through their concierge. I was a little concerned with the timing but it was inline with their shipping policy. The lamp arrived and it is stunning! It's truly a show stopping piece that every always comments on. Truly one-of-a-kind.

The money (over $100) was debited from my account but did not receive my items. I’ll probably never get my money back. They have time to post on instagram but no time to respond to customer emails. Total scam! Do not trust!!

Overpriced poor quality products, horrible customer service I ordered two items during a November Black Friday sale, expecting to have them by Christmas. My credit card was charged, but then I heard nothing from them even after repeated inquiries. When I tried to get my money back they claimed the items were in the mail and I didn't receive them until the following February. I purchased two woven floor pillows which were overpriced garbage. They are tiny and of poor quality. They are extremely uncomfortable (one of them is woven grass over a metal frame- no padding!) and they are falling apart after a few months despite minimal use. Absolutely do not buy from this company. They have beautiful photographs, not beautiful products and horrific customer service.

Karen Jai Home charged 42 dollars for a… Karen Jai Home charged 42 dollars for a vase they passed as a luxury item which really was just a drop ship counterfeit item from china. Then refused to refund the item and harassed me via phone and sent me a racist email. Avoid this company at all costs.

dont do it I ordered a rug in september, here we are in February, still no rug. No replies to email, no replies via IG, no replies when you call. Frustrated because the rug was over $500. I only spent that amount because I wanted to support the owner.
