I was ordering a gift very close to Christmas, and I called to check when it would be delivered; the owner personally shipped my gift, and it arrived before Christmas Day. DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered the Niteroi Rug over 4 months ago for a client. I understood that this rug might take a while to ship so I gave it time. Since ordering I’ve reached out twice to inquire about my order with no response. I received no shipping email, tracking or confirmation of delivery but got an email for a survey about the product?? Be for real. I tried to support a woman & black owned business but who knows what this really is. Do NOT order from here! Do your research first. At the moment I have Amex stepping in to rectify the problem and getting my client their money back.

The perfect gift for my friend's… The perfect gift for my friend's wedding! I saw the write up on Karen Jai Home on Apartment Therapy and got a vase for my friend as a wedding gift. The vase was perfection and the new couple loved it (even though it wasn't on the registry, lol). They've since purchased pieces from the Karen Jai too!
