Overpriced poor quality products, horrible customer service I ordered two items during a November Black Friday sale, expecting to have them by Christmas. My credit card was charged, but then I heard nothing from them even after repeated inquiries. When I tried to get my money back they claimed the items were in the mail and I didn't receive them until the following February. I purchased two woven floor pillows which were overpriced garbage. They are tiny and of poor quality. They are extremely uncomfortable (one of them is woven grass over a metal frame- no padding!) and they are falling apart after a few months despite minimal use. Absolutely do not buy from this company. They have beautiful photographs, not beautiful products and horrific customer service.

DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered the Niteroi Rug over 4 months ago for a client. I understood that this rug might take a while to ship so I gave it time. Since ordering I’ve reached out twice to inquire about my order with no response. I received no shipping email, tracking or confirmation of delivery but got an email for a survey about the product?? Be for real. I tried to support a woman & black owned business but who knows what this really is. Do NOT order from here! Do your research first. At the moment I have Amex stepping in to rectify the problem and getting my client their money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They steal your money!! I placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email. The money (over $100) was debited from my account but did not receive my items. I’ll probably never get my money back. They have time to post on instagram but no time to respond to customer emails. Total scam! Do not trust!!

So unprofessional I have had multiple issues with this business. I was given a $500 gift card from a friend. I ordered goods that were not delivered for almost 5 months without any comment from the company that things would be delayed. Finally, I received some items but some were incorrect (i.e. I received an item that I did not buy but did not receive an item that I did buy). I emailed the company to let them know and they accused me of lying saying that the item had been shipped and they sent me the shipping information. I again reiterated that an item was shipped to me and that it was the wrong one and I would happily return it to get the correct item. They did not answer me so I posted a public instagram message asking them to respond. They deleted it and the "customer service representative" then messaged me and threatened me asking if i knew who their owner was -- I'm still not sure what that means or who their owner is, but finally I received a phone call from Janelle (the owner) directly who further threatened me and then only when she finally stopped and listened to me and understood that they shipped me a MORE expensive item than I wanted did she apologize and offer to send me the correct item if i returned that item. Perhaps unsurprisingly, I returned the item she had incorrectly shipped and she never mailed me the item I had paid for. Because it was purchased with a gift card, I could not dispute the charge. I followed up with them multiple times and they never so much as responded to me. I had also purchased a $98 tissue box, whcih they alerted me was discontinued and I would be credited to the gift card for the amount. Again, I was NEVER credited and it has been months. I have followed up several times and no one has so much as responded to me. Likely because I left a facebook review detailing this experience (check out their facebook page - many people share similar experiences to me, which is just such a shame). I already know I'm very likely to never see my money again, but I do not want this to happen to others who are not so fortunate as to not have to worry about a few hundred dollars.

Just avoid I ordered a vase on 9/28/22. At the time I purchased, the "UPS Ground" shipping option showed an estimate of 3-5 business days. Over the next three weeks, I emailed their Customer Support team three times to request an update on my order, but I never received a response. On 10/27/22, I finally received an email that my order had shipped. However, it is 12/15/22, and the USPS status for the tracking number provided still shows as "USPS Currently Awaiting Package." Their Customer Support team remains unresponsive.
