Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I was charged $150 for an item. Never arrived. Left so many messages and emails. Never heard back. I will never shop with them again or recommend them. Now I’m trying to despute the charges with my bank.

I sent a frustrated text and she finally called me back to scold me for saying f_ck. She and all her products can go to hell. Give me back my money.

Incredible Experience I had an incredible experience with this business! I was ordering a gift very close to Christmas, and I called to check when it would be delivered; the owner personally shipped my gift, and it arrived before Christmas Day. Karen Jai Home charged 42 dollars for a… Karen Jai Home charged 42 dollars for a vase they passed as a luxury item which really was just a drop ship counterfeit item from china. Then refused to refund the item and harassed me via phone and sent me a racist email. Avoid this company at all costs.
