GBdissatisfaction with desk/hutch combination We bought several pieces of furniture there. The salesmen, the manager and assistant manager were always very polite and welcoming. They continued to send out repairmen to try to fix a warped desk frame, chipping paint, a drawer which would not close, etc. Additionally, an offer was made to replace the whole set with an identical one, in a different color, from another location. We could not use the other color, and that may have had the same problems. This continued over a year with no satisfactory repair, so we still have the set. To our surprise, no credit was every offered to stand behind the product they sold us.

GBThe sales representative was fantastic The sales representative was fantastic, he was kind and very helpful. But when I called the billing department to see when I would get my bill and to check to see if they had the correct address, she told me no before I even finished my question. She thought I was asking a financial question that only Wells Fargo could answer, but I completed my sentence after she rudely interrupted me and she oh yeah I can check. It would of made it a lot easier if she would of just let me finish talking before just telling me no. I won’t be buying from here again simply because I don’t want to have to deal with a rude women every time I have to pay my bill or ask a question. I do appreciate the salesman but I won’t be dealing with him for the long run.

GBPoor communication Ordered a mattress and frame. Was told 2 week delivery. Mattress delivered after 6 weeks. Was told delivery was delayed due to the mattress warehouse closing for a week to celebrate 4th of July. We showed up at the store to question the continued delay (before delivery) and were told the mattress showed up 3 days ago but the employee didn’t get a chance to get on their computer for those 3 days to let us know. Mattress was then delivered without frame. We were told the frame order was on a second sheet of paper stapled to the first and never ordered. Staff appears incompetent.

GBI wish id read the trustpilot accounts… I wish id read the trustpilot accounts for this company first. My bad. Purchased a bed online over the Xmas period and now I can’t get in touch with anybody to arrange delivery. Know one answers the phones, no response to emails. Complete bunch of wastrels that need to go out of business and stop wasting peoples time

GBThis is for a lift chair purchased at… This is for a lift chair purchased at Grand Home Furnishings in Winchester, VA. Lift chair, purchased for 86 year old mother, took weeks to arrive, with no date promised for delivery. Delivery truck personnel were rude and very unhelpful. Turned out the chair was not what my mother had hoped for. When called Trudy Dye, to schedule return, all we got was the systems were down. Worst experience ever and would not purchase, recommend or even drive by.
