Ordered dining table and 6 stools - Ordered dining table and 6 stools the beginning of November 2021 and received the table and 4 stools in late December and were told the other 2 would be in shortly. Here we are the 7th of February and still not received. We also know that another customer got the same stools off the floor before us even though they weren't supposed to be taken off the floor. Cancelled 2 stools.

The sales representative was fantastic The sales representative was fantastic, he was kind and very helpful. But when I called the billing department to see when I would get my bill and to check to see if they had the correct address, she told me no before I even finished my question. She thought I was asking a financial question that only Wells Fargo could answer, but I completed my sentence after she rudely interrupted me and she oh yeah I can check. It would of made it a lot easier if she would of just let me finish talking before just telling me no. I won’t be buying from here again simply because I don’t want to have to deal with a rude women every time I have to pay my bill or ask a question. I do appreciate the salesman but I won’t be dealing with him for the long run.

This place Is HORRIBLE This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional! From the salespeople up to the management @ their Martinsburg, WV location, they are extremely rude and have no idea what they are doing! I am currently in the process of canceling my purchase with them and will never buy another piece of furniture from them ever again! I strongly suggest NOT buying anything from this company!

I love your furniture because it holds … I love your furniture because it holds up well, I tell everyone to shop Grand over Ashley's Home furniture because they sell junk !! We bought our 14 year old granddaughter a bedroom set there about 5 years ago and she weighed maybe 85 pounds and the bed rails broke twice on her. They sent new bed rails and my husband put it back together only for it to fall apart again so he had to screw it together for it to work. I'll never buy from anyone except Grand in Harrisonburg AGAIN !!!

HORRIBLE OFFICE EXPERIENCE BRISTOL, VA STORE I was recently in the Bristol, VA store and let me just say Lindsay is fantastic. We bought a new Simmons mattress & box spring set. Overall the office experience was TERRIBLE!!! There was an older lady (I'm pretty sure she said her name was Arlene) and a younger lady working in there as well. The younger lady asked Arlene a question and she was very demeaning and unprofessional to her in front of us & I also feel like she was demeaning with us...almost like we were just an inconvenience to her. I have never in my 65 years of living met someone who was just so awful and full of attitude. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO GRAND BECAUSE OF ARLENE & I will make sure and let everyone else I know how awful her customer service skills are!!!!!! We will make the extra trip to Johnson City or Kingsport!
