GBPoor customer service after the sale The sales person was great but the follow through has not been good. Some pieces had to be ordered and we waited close to 4 weeks for delivery. The dresser had a warped drawer that would not close properly even though it had been inspected before being put on the delivery truck. We have now been waiting another 4 weeks for a replacement drawer. Really poor customer service on a large purchase.

GBI went in to purchase a mattress and… I went in to purchase a mattress and came out with nothing!!! No one knew what was going on during this labor day sale. I made my decision of which mattress to purchase based on the answers I received from the various sales reps. When I went to complete the transaction I found that none of what I was told was correct. I will pay for what I want but dont be so misleading just trying to make a sale. Very disappointing and what happened to customer service?

GBDo NOT buy your furniture from Grand… Do NOT buy your furniture from Grand Home Furnishings! They are the worst for giving you a delivery date and then the day before you get a call saying they can't deliver for another 3 days because their warehouse didn't feel like running a second truck with orders when the first truck was loaded. What kind of business is this? You put your customers out because your warehouse doesn't want to run a second truck to fill orders! This has happened twice with my orders from them. Never again will I purchase from them because of this lame service. They are eager to take your money, but after that they can care less about getting your furniture to you or even try to make a solution. Best advice is to shop elsewhere! Maybe if they loose enough sales, they may get a clue as to what's going on with their warehouse.

GBEstimated timing for special order … Estimated timing for special order delivery for my sectional sofa was way off. Sofa wasn't delivered until 1 month after the estimated date. The sofa was delivered but there was damage on one piece. I'm still waiting for resolution of the damage now 3 weeks from notifying the store. Will think hard before I make any future purchases.

GBOrdered custom couches and waited 6 … Ordered custom couches and waited 6 weeks for them to arrive only to receive the wrong item and wrong fabric. Waited another week or so to get clarification from manufacturer on why fabric we received was not what we ordered. Finally reordered our furniture and am now waiting 8 weeks for it to arrive. Had asked salesman several times for updates and didn't get a call back, keep having to call and follow up. Should be the other way around.
