GBCustomer service is terrible Customer service is terrible. Office associates are rude and unprofessional. They won't send you a bill or set you up with ebills then want you to remember the random due date and when you don't pay it on time they send you a threatening letter. I called to simply ask when was my bill sent by email or mail and they said we don't do that we are paperless. Tried to speak to a manager regarding the billing practices and they were extremely rude and didn't listen to me at all. Filed a BBB complaint regarding the billing practices and they haven't responded in weeks. Still waiting since early June on replacement coffee table since my showed up damaged. Still havent recvd my coffee table on back order with no updates on eta. Reply below is not accurate. I do have an acct and this was meant for Grand Home Furnishings. Happy to take a call from management to resolve these issues. I am sure the team in Newport News VA can pull up my acct.

GBTwo days after we I bought the chair it … Two days after we I bought the chair it would just randomly quit working.. a 600$ recliner from the "basement" so I called and let them know and she told me she would send me a brand new chair and when it was delivered we just got the bottom piece.. which wasn't even the same as what we originally had. I'll never buy furniture at Grand again.

GBI love your furniture because it holds … I love your furniture because it holds up well, I tell everyone to shop Grand over Ashley's Home furniture because they sell junk !! We bought our 14 year old granddaughter a bedroom set there about 5 years ago and she weighed maybe 85 pounds and the bed rails broke twice on her. They sent new bed rails and my husband put it back together only for it to fall apart again so he had to screw it together for it to work. I'll never buy from anyone except Grand in Harrisonburg AGAIN !!!

GBDo NOT buy your furniture from Grand… Do NOT buy your furniture from Grand Home Furnishings! They are the worst for giving you a delivery date and then the day before you get a call saying they can't deliver for another 3 days because their warehouse didn't feel like running a second truck with orders when the first truck was loaded. What kind of business is this? You put your customers out because your warehouse doesn't want to run a second truck to fill orders! This has happened twice with my orders from them. Never again will I purchase from them because of this lame service. They are eager to take your money, but after that they can care less about getting your furniture to you or even try to make a solution. Best advice is to shop elsewhere! Maybe if they loose enough sales, they may get a clue as to what's going on with their warehouse.

GBThe sales representative was fantastic The sales representative was fantastic, he was kind and very helpful. But when I called the billing department to see when I would get my bill and to check to see if they had the correct address, she told me no before I even finished my question. She thought I was asking a financial question that only Wells Fargo could answer, but I completed my sentence after she rudely interrupted me and she oh yeah I can check. It would of made it a lot easier if she would of just let me finish talking before just telling me no. I won’t be buying from here again simply because I don’t want to have to deal with a rude women every time I have to pay my bill or ask a question. I do appreciate the salesman but I won’t be dealing with him for the long run.
