Scam Company I ordered my product in November 2022 and it still hasn't arrived yet. I have never experienced such a horrible experience shopping online. The worst thing however is that every time you contact their support (which is a fake person called Emma), they lie right to your face and claim that the order will arrive in the next few days. I honestly don't even think they produce any of their products, they probably just take the money and have no motivation of doing anything.

So disappointing! After having had fantastic service with my purchase in 2021, I wanted to buy another world map as a gift for my son. I placed my order and never heard another word from them! I tried 3 different emails ... no response. I tried to phone them .... the number has been disconnected. I emailed again 6 weeks after placing my order & still received no response, so I raised a dispute with Paypal & received a refund. What a shame as the world maps are truly beautifully made!

Very good quality The delivery took about 3 Months. It took longer as expected. During that period i’ve contacted yourworldmap.eu several times. Everytime they replied within 24 hours (Emma). The worldmap was packed very well and secure. The end result was very good. I’m very satisfied. I’ve given yourworldmap.eu some tips to improve the quality. They reacted very positive about that. Have patience, your order will be delivered.

unreliable seller Until I made my order and pay for it, it was everything OK. On my inquiry (two times) about delivery time nobody replied. When I started to solve this problem with PayPal, they sent me tracking number of package. When I recieved package, ordered merch were incomplete. On my request to delivery missing merch or refund nobody repleid again.
