We don’t have what you paid for, what we told you we have, what we promised to deliver on a delivery date. We just don’t have it and we don’t care about it. No responsibility, no acknowledgement, no sorry. Nothing!

CAA nightmare with delivery and installation dates A nightmare with scheduling order, delivery and installation. TASCO invoice states that payment 7 days before inventory is reserved for delivery. I requested a delivery date of April 26 and paid in full over $20,000 on April 2nd. No one from store confirmed any inventory for 10 days until I checked with them and then they said I had to wait until late May for my appliances! I booked a whole month off work to give them the buffer required to deliver /install my appliances and still they are refusing to delivery on my requested date after hours so that I won't miss more time off work. Now the managers will not take my phone calls and I still don't have an installation date. I have no kitchen and no way of preparing home cooked meals now for close to one month!

CANever again will I deal with Tasco Purchased A kitchen aid refrigerator built-in almost one year ago. I was told I had to pay in full so that KitchenAid knew it was sold paid $10,500. Now I’m told a year later that they have discontinued that model. How is that possible when it was paid. Tried to speak to a supervisor at Tasco have not received any calls back. How can they take your money and just tell you it’s discontinued just like that Terrible customer service

CAZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you’re lucky enough to get an appliance from Tasco that has no issues, the experience is probably fine. However, if like us you got a defective product - best of luck. All you’ll get is the run around. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere!

CABuyers be ware.. Buyers be ware... our appliances were delivered in stages, purchased installation never happened, we had to hire private installer, Tasco never return our money. The worst customers service l have ever experienced, bunch of irresponsible people. Don’t deal with them !!!!!
