CABobby at Brampton store Hi. My wife and I just purchased a new Maytag stove from Bobby at the Brampton store. This is the third major appliance we have bought from Bobby I the last 3 months Bobby is the reason we keep coming back to the Brampton Tasco store. He is courteous and very knowledgeable . CAGood product and initial experience -terrible service Nice showroom experience , good sales people , good selection of brands and price points. Good options for delivery, installation, financing. Sadly, I forget this by the end of the experience as the service is terrible. 3 weeks late. Very little if any communication .Had to take a morning off work just to go to the showroom to get an update on deliver/install. If you get lucky and get good service -great. If not, expect bumpy service

CAWe ordered five appliances from Tasco… We ordered five appliances from Tasco and were told about supply chain issues so we chose appliances they said we’re in stock. When it came time for delivery, they asked for full payment which we provided. The very next day we got an email saying three of the five were not available. They took our money and for the next 7 months did nothing to follow up. We are still waiting for our oven. They also refused to come out and adjust refrigerator doors under warranty. We had to pay someone for this fix. DO NOT use this company.

CATasco after sale Tasco after sale - or after you Paid for appliances (they don’t seem to care anymore once they got your money) is terrible. They delivered on September 26 a broken LG washer, ie, core of the machine completely damaged, and very hard to get them to take responsibility for a product they sold that was damaged. It’s October 29, OVER a month, and still not ahead of things: no reply, no machine, no washing... I highly do not recommend Tasco or LG, they keep throwing the puck!

CAA nightmare with delivery and installation dates A nightmare with scheduling order, delivery and installation. TASCO invoice states that payment 7 days before inventory is reserved for delivery. I requested a delivery date of April 26 and paid in full over $20,000 on April 2nd. No one from store confirmed any inventory for 10 days until I checked with them and then they said I had to wait until late May for my appliances! I booked a whole month off work to give them the buffer required to deliver /install my appliances and still they are refusing to delivery on my requested date after hours so that I won't miss more time off work. Now the managers will not take my phone calls and I still don't have an installation date. I have no kitchen and no way of preparing home cooked meals now for close to one month!
