CAworst customer service experience ever worst customer service experience ever! I paid for full price for new washer but Tassco sent me a open, naked one without original packaging. I called and waited for half hour and then hang up. I emailed twice still no reponse. Just want to get a fair purchase. SO disappointed with the customer service. I can even say they do not have any after buy service at all.

This is the third major appliance we have bought from Bobby I the last 3 months Bobby is the reason we keep coming back to the Brampton Tasco store. He is courteous and very knowledgeable . CAGood product and initial experience -terrible service Nice showroom experience , good sales people , good selection of brands and price points. Good options for delivery, installation, financing. Sadly, I forget this by the end of the experience as the service is terrible. 3 weeks late. Very little if any communication .Had to take a morning off work just to go to the showroom to get an update on deliver/install. If you get lucky and get good service -great. If not, expect bumpy service

CAOne month wait for dishwasher sucked One month wait for dishwasher sucked. However the technician that came to install Andreas was awesome. Had old dishwasher out, new one installed and taken away in no time. Stellar performance by installation tech. He also took the time to explain that the water shut off valve was a bit sketchy so we are able to replace it before and issue comes up. Five star rating for the tech.

CAZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you’re lucky enough to get an appliance from Tasco that has no issues, the experience is probably fine. However, if like us you got a defective product - best of luck. All you’ll get is the run around. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere!
