CAWe purchased a Maytag washer in August We purchased a Maytag washer in August, the unit would constantly trip the electrical breaker during the rinse cycle. We had the electrical checked at our cost, the service technicians came four times and replaced 3 different parts. The issue continues 5 months later. Tasco will not replace, we have waited too many hours for service to show up, today they were to arrived and a no show. Tasco continues to give us a run around. We’re stuck with a defective unit and Tasco does care. I will never purchase another from them.

CATasco after sale Tasco after sale - or after you Paid for appliances (they don’t seem to care anymore once they got your money) is terrible. They delivered on September 26 a broken LG washer, ie, core of the machine completely damaged, and very hard to get them to take responsibility for a product they sold that was damaged. It’s October 29, OVER a month, and still not ahead of things: no reply, no machine, no washing... I highly do not recommend Tasco or LG, they keep throwing the puck!

CAGood product and initial experience -terrible service Nice showroom experience , good sales people , good selection of brands and price points. Good options for delivery, installation, financing. Sadly, I forget this by the end of the experience as the service is terrible. 3 weeks late. Very little if any communication .Had to take a morning off work just to go to the showroom to get an update on deliver/install. If you get lucky and get good service -great. If not, expect bumpy service

CACustomer service at store level was… Customer service at store level was excellent, however the customer service after the purchase is sub-standard. Purchased $26k worth of appliances and fridge broke down in the first month. It went on back order and after waiting for 1 WHOLE year we purchased a new fridge elsewhere. Fast forward 6 more months trying to get back the warranty amount that we paid, multiple calls to their INBOUND only call center with long waiting times, they keep telling me that they will follow up but to this date, no one has called back. They only write e-mails to their accounting and neither accounting, nor follow up department ever calls back
