worst customer service experience ever worst customer service experience ever! I paid for full price for new washer but Tassco sent me a open, naked one without original packaging. I called and waited for half hour and then hang up. I emailed twice still no reponse. Just want to get a fair purchase. SO disappointed with the customer service. I can even say they do not have any after buy service at all.

We purchased a Maytag washer in August We purchased a Maytag washer in August, the unit would constantly trip the electrical breaker during the rinse cycle. We had the electrical checked at our cost, the service technicians came four times and replaced 3 different parts. The issue continues 5 months later. Tasco will not replace, we have waited too many hours for service to show up, today they were to arrived and a no show. Tasco continues to give us a run around. We’re stuck with a defective unit and Tasco does care. I will never purchase another from them.

Excellent Customer Service Thanks to Steve Kraft, now at the Brampton location, our Tasco experience has been excellent. We have dealt with Steve over the course of 5 years, first to purchase several major appliances, and then in relation to a warranty replacement of one of those appliances. On all occasions, Steve has provided excellent customer service. He listens to our needs/issues and offers suggestions/direction suited to what we require. He has always been available and responsive, and, when needed, gets back to us in a timely fashion. His follow-through and follow-up have been great, as is the information he provides. Our experience with him has been that we will be supported, and that he cares about us as customers. We also have been very happy with the appliances, warranty experience, and installers. All of this makes us feel secure about our purchases, and will bring us back to Tasco in the future.

Bobby at Brampton store Hi. My wife and I just purchased a new Maytag stove from Bobby at the Brampton store. This is the third major appliance we have bought from Bobby I the last 3 months Bobby is the reason we keep coming back to the Brampton Tasco store. He is courteous and very knowledgeable . One month wait for dishwasher sucked One month wait for dishwasher sucked. However the technician that came to install Andreas was awesome. Had old dishwasher out, new one installed and taken away in no time. Stellar performance by installation tech. He also took the time to explain that the water shut off valve was a bit sketchy so we are able to replace it before and issue comes up. Five star rating for the tech.
