Worse store ever Worse store ever, i meant to give them zero stars but it didn’t work. I order a Portable dishwasher, 6 month on still waiting. Every few weeks i get an email and a call for delivery, the day before delivery they call to say it is not going to happen , and i have to wait another month.. it is a total joke. My money is still with them. don’t know weather i should cancel and find a more reliable store. Waste of time. They do not care about anything. Save yourself the frustration, and stay away from them.. absolutely NOT recommended, the few dollars different in price are not worth it.

We purchased a Maytag washer in August We purchased a Maytag washer in August, the unit would constantly trip the electrical breaker during the rinse cycle. We had the electrical checked at our cost, the service technicians came four times and replaced 3 different parts. The issue continues 5 months later. Tasco will not replace, we have waited too many hours for service to show up, today they were to arrived and a no show. Tasco continues to give us a run around. We’re stuck with a defective unit and Tasco does care. I will never purchase another from them.

One month wait for dishwasher sucked One month wait for dishwasher sucked. However the technician that came to install Andreas was awesome. Had old dishwasher out, new one installed and taken away in no time. Stellar performance by installation tech. He also took the time to explain that the water shut off valve was a bit sketchy so we are able to replace it before and issue comes up. Five star rating for the tech.

A nightmare with delivery and installation dates A nightmare with scheduling order, delivery and installation. TASCO invoice states that payment 7 days before inventory is reserved for delivery. I requested a delivery date of April 26 and paid in full over $20,000 on April 2nd. No one from store confirmed any inventory for 10 days until I checked with them and then they said I had to wait until late May for my appliances! I booked a whole month off work to give them the buffer required to deliver /install my appliances and still they are refusing to delivery on my requested date after hours so that I won't miss more time off work. Now the managers will not take my phone calls and I still don't have an installation date. I have no kitchen and no way of preparing home cooked meals now for close to one month!

Customer service at store level was… Customer service at store level was excellent, however the customer service after the purchase is sub-standard. Purchased $26k worth of appliances and fridge broke down in the first month. It went on back order and after waiting for 1 WHOLE year we purchased a new fridge elsewhere. Fast forward 6 more months trying to get back the warranty amount that we paid, multiple calls to their INBOUND only call center with long waiting times, they keep telling me that they will follow up but to this date, no one has called back. They only write e-mails to their accounting and neither accounting, nor follow up department ever calls back
