Worse store ever Worse store ever, i meant to give them zero stars but it didn’t work. I order a Portable dishwasher, 6 month on still waiting. Every few weeks i get an email and a call for delivery, the day before delivery they call to say it is not going to happen , and i have to wait another month.. it is a total joke. My money is still with them. don’t know weather i should cancel and find a more reliable store. Waste of time. They do not care about anything. Save yourself the frustration, and stay away from them.. absolutely NOT recommended, the few dollars different in price are not worth it.

Excellent Customer Service Thanks to Steve Kraft, now at the Brampton location, our Tasco experience has been excellent. We have dealt with Steve over the course of 5 years, first to purchase several major appliances, and then in relation to a warranty replacement of one of those appliances. On all occasions, Steve has provided excellent customer service. He listens to our needs/issues and offers suggestions/direction suited to what we require. He has always been available and responsive, and, when needed, gets back to us in a timely fashion. His follow-through and follow-up have been great, as is the information he provides. Our experience with him has been that we will be supported, and that he cares about us as customers. We also have been very happy with the appliances, warranty experience, and installers. All of this makes us feel secure about our purchases, and will bring us back to Tasco in the future.

Tasco after sale Tasco after sale - or after you Paid for appliances (they don’t seem to care anymore once they got your money) is terrible. They delivered on September 26 a broken LG washer, ie, core of the machine completely damaged, and very hard to get them to take responsibility for a product they sold that was damaged. It’s October 29, OVER a month, and still not ahead of things: no reply, no machine, no washing... I highly do not recommend Tasco or LG, they keep throwing the puck!

One month wait for dishwasher sucked One month wait for dishwasher sucked. However the technician that came to install Andreas was awesome. Had old dishwasher out, new one installed and taken away in no time. Stellar performance by installation tech. He also took the time to explain that the water shut off valve was a bit sketchy so we are able to replace it before and issue comes up. Five star rating for the tech.

Bobby at Brampton store Hi. My wife and I just purchased a new Maytag stove from Bobby at the Brampton store. This is the third major appliance we have bought from Bobby I the last 3 months Bobby is the reason we keep coming back to the Brampton Tasco store. He is courteous and very knowledgeable .
