Uncomfortable We gave it a thirty night stay, but could not get a good night sleep on this mattress. Customer service in handling our questions/concerns and in the ordering process was top notch.

less than average bed Customer service was good/responsive. Thought bed was ok for first week or so, but have a very difficult time getting comfortable and falling asleep on it. Now experiencing shoulder and hip pain and waking up every hour or 2 to change positions. Also wake up stiff and feel like my back and neck are not aligned well at all. Not what I expected based on reviews and talking to customer service.

Terrible service after purchase Terrible service after purchase. We ve used the warranty to get a new mattress after two years because the first one developed deep recesses where we slept and broke down very quickly. We have had our second one for two years and it also needs to be replaced. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Not rested and in pain Writing this as I lay on this ridiculous uncomfortable bed not being able to fall asleep. I was having back and hip issues when I woke up on our 12 year old mattress so figured time for new one. Sales guy used his fancy words and basically insinuating this was the best mattress there and would help with all my issues. Wrong, it's so hard to get comfortable and fall asleep. It's so stiff and dips making my waist, hips shoulders and even my head hurt. I have to put pillows around me to add support. I wake up so many times throughout the night to change positions which is struggle to try and simply roll over. The so called value of this mattress is so not worth my pain and lack of rest, I just want to cry!

Please do not buy this bed This mattress is so uncomfortable after less than a year. I wake up every morning with extreme low back pain. I have never experienced this level of discomfort in my back that radiating down to my hips. This bed was so expensive, it makes me sick to think about it and I feel trapped with this purchase. I have tried extra pillows, different sleeping positions, rotating the mattress (which is nearly impossible due to the weight). I take motrin and use salon pas just to get through the night. Please, if you read this, do not buy this bed. I regret it every morning.
