GBBought Intellibed Nightfall From Mattress Firm Bought Intellibed Nightfall - 107 days in bed has body indentations/dipping - we both weigh under 145 pounds. Warranty makes us pay $600 to return although Mattress Firm said 120 free trial. (Fine print).you pay restocking fee - Mattress is dipping we feel so ripped off- don't waste your money. Don't buy from Mattress Firm. Don't buy this mattress. Not a happy customer after paying over $4600 for the entire transaction. Don't make our mistake!! Look at other choices and companies!!

GBNot worth the cost This is third swap on firm from Mattress Firm. Tried Beautyrest Silver x firm ( lumpy), Sealy Ortho Ultra firm ( too hot and hard) and this $8000 mattress. Once settled into bed, is “firm” but with two people, the challenge in changing positions lends to frequent awakenings. Also bed does not cool! I truly prefer the Beauty rest sleep quality and cooling even tho it leaves ridge down center.

GBIf you desire serious back pain If you desire serious back pain, and want to throw away a boat load of money, buy an Intellibed/Purple mattress. Worst mattress EVER!!! To add insult to injury, they give you the run around when trying to make a claim on their warranty. It made me so frustrated, I gave up…which is what I believe they intended. They don’t stand by their promise/product. If there was a no star choice, I would have chosen that! TERRIBLE & EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

GBDisappointed- Mattress failed after 3 years UPDATE: MattressFirm honored the 20-year Intellibed warranty, thank goodness. Intellibed is no longer carried by MattressFirm (it was bought-out by Purple which is carried by MattressFirm and has very similar technology to Intellibed). Regardless, we chose not to go with Purple, despite the excellent customer reviews — we didn’t want to take a chance of the same gel-matrix technology failing again. So we went with a Tempurpedic mattress, which we’ve owned in the past. “Kudos!” to MattressFirm for making the warranty claim process fair and simple for us. ———— My wife and I bought an Intellibed Nightfall 16” mattress at MattressFirm 4 years ago for $7,000. All was OK for the first 3 years or so until I developed terrible pain and stiffness in my back, shoulders, hips, and legs. It didn’t even dawn on me until this week to closely inspect the mattress to see if that is the cause. Indeed, it is: There is a 1.5” depression on the side of the mattress where I sleep. The last two nights I slept in a different bed and my pain has disappeared. I submitted a warranty claim through MattressFirm yesterday and hope this can be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, it appears from other posts here that this is a recurring problem with this mattress and problems not always resolved in the customer’s favor.

GBI own an intellibed for five years I own an intellibed for five years. Year one the bed has dips in it and I had Mattress Firm come out and look at it. They said the dip wasn't deep enough. Several years later the dip became greater and greater until my $7,000 bed is so uncomfortable and causes back pain. So I made another claim. This time the dip met the requirements of a return. The report was sent in and Mattress Firm said in the picture by the head they noticed a stain which is about 1.5 inches in diameter and that it voided my warranty. It is nowhere near my hips where the bed is hammocking and nothing more than an excuse not to honor a valid claim. This expensive bed with a 20 year warranty is a piece of Garbage. I will never buy an Intellibed again or shop at Mattress Firm. Be ware foretold is forewarned Burned in Florida
