GBGreat Bed AWEFUL delivery I really hope the company figures out a better and more reliable delivery process. The "White glove" delivery service I paid was inadequate to say the least. Very dirty and required my son and I to carry mattress upstairs. no recourse to pursue from Intellibed.

GBNot worth the cost This is third swap on firm from Mattress Firm. Tried Beautyrest Silver x firm ( lumpy), Sealy Ortho Ultra firm ( too hot and hard) and this $8000 mattress. Once settled into bed, is “firm” but with two people, the challenge in changing positions lends to frequent awakenings. Also bed does not cool! I truly prefer the Beauty rest sleep quality and cooling even tho it leaves ridge down center.

GBmore lumps than the 11 year old mattress we upgraded from. We bought this bed in October of 2019, we have followed all of the instructions from the moment we bought it, turning it regularly, rolling back and forth on it, it just doesn't matter, we have lumps in the bed, my spouse cant's sleep on her side at all because of the the stinging pain that goes through her shoulders and has low back pain every time she wakes up. My situation isn't much different, my hips and shoulder aches if I lay on my my side, my back hurts if I lay on my back and I can't sleep if I lay on my stomach. For a $6000 bed and pretty much lifetime warrantee you would think it would hold up, NOPE. If you try and get anyone to replace it, you are out of luck you get shuffled between the place you purchased the bed and intellibed, neither willing to actually admit there is aything wromg with the darn thing. I had thought maybe it's just me, but no, the problems we are having are the same as everyone else. I wish I had my old Sterns and Foster back, I could use a good night's sleep.

GBNot rested and in pain Writing this as I lay on this ridiculous uncomfortable bed not being able to fall asleep. I was having back and hip issues when I woke up on our 12 year old mattress so figured time for new one. Sales guy used his fancy words and basically insinuating this was the best mattress there and would help with all my issues. Wrong, it's so hard to get comfortable and fall asleep. It's so stiff and dips making my waist, hips shoulders and even my head hurt. I have to put pillows around me to add support. I wake up so many times throughout the night to change positions which is struggle to try and simply roll over. The so called value of this mattress is so not worth my pain and lack of rest, I just want to cry!

GBUnsatisfied Customer When we received the topper the Box was all busted up. The organic cover had a terrible odor so we had it dry cleaned according to the instructions, the dry cleaners shrunk the cover. There were stains all over the foam, we emailed Intellibed and sent pictures of the mold looking stains and never received a response. We finally spoke with Josie at Intellibed and she said the company would not take the topper back. So we were stuck with it and threw it in the trash and I would not recommend this product to anyone else. Please stop sending us E-mails saying we are satisfied customers for we are not.
