$6K for more back pain We spent about 6K on the intellibed mattress and adjustable base. About 7 months later I wake up feeling crippled by back pain. We bought the mattress through a mattress store right before Covid shut everything down. There was a 90 day period where we could pay a restocking fee and get something else but we could never get anyone to call us back. We went with a high end firm and I LOVE firm mattresses but I don’t know what it is about this bed - my lower back pain has gotten worse and worse with every nights sleep and I’m stuck with it. 😭

Unsatisfied Customer When we received the topper the Box was all busted up. The organic cover had a terrible odor so we had it dry cleaned according to the instructions, the dry cleaners shrunk the cover. There were stains all over the foam, we emailed Intellibed and sent pictures of the mold looking stains and never received a response. We finally spoke with Josie at Intellibed and she said the company would not take the topper back. So we were stuck with it and threw it in the trash and I would not recommend this product to anyone else. Please stop sending us E-mails saying we are satisfied customers for we are not.

Bought the very expensive Intellibed… Bought the very expensive Intellibed Nightfall mattress 2.5 years ago. It is breaking down creating a lump and divots. Went to initiate a warranty claim and it was denied bc I removed the law tag. The tag specifically states the consumer may remove the tag. Intellibed does not stand behind their products.

Would Not recommend this bed Out of four bed selections, we have tried two. First one was way too hard. Second one was way too soft. Unfortunately, they draw the line at number of choices and we can't return or exchange second the bed. Buyer beware, unless you try it in a store DO NOT BUY ONLINE. Too expensive of a mistake. I will not be recommending these beds sold online.

Not rested and in pain Writing this as I lay on this ridiculous uncomfortable bed not being able to fall asleep. I was having back and hip issues when I woke up on our 12 year old mattress so figured time for new one. Sales guy used his fancy words and basically insinuating this was the best mattress there and would help with all my issues. Wrong, it's so hard to get comfortable and fall asleep. It's so stiff and dips making my waist, hips shoulders and even my head hurt. I have to put pillows around me to add support. I wake up so many times throughout the night to change positions which is struggle to try and simply roll over. The so called value of this mattress is so not worth my pain and lack of rest, I just want to cry!
