Purchased from this company 10 years ago This was our second purchase from the company, we were sold a unit that was discontinued but was never told and instead of purchasing the unit we wanted (Amana PTAC system) we were told it would have to be ordered and without giving us information as to cost and ship dates we were persuaded to purchase the GE Unit.the unit ever worked correctly instead of the company working to get the unit replaced we had to deal with the manufacturer ourselves ( we were told they didn’t deal with warranties) it took several emails and phone calls to get unit replaced 2nd unit isn’t that great either! Beware I don’t recommend purchasing a GE/Hotpoint PTAC unit.

No product, no info Payment cleared a week ago; no order status, no returned email, no returned phone call.

Fast shipping, no customer service I was very impressed at how fast the shipping was and how well the PTAC units were packaged. The condition was as described, meaning the A rated units were obviously used with touch up paint but they looked good once installed (just don't look to closely). The reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star (considered a 3 star) was because of the customer service. I needed some clarification on the specific units that were shipped out to me. I called and the person that answered was unable to answer my question. She said I would receive a call back but 5 days later I have yet to hear from them. I hope I don't have any issues... I am not confident I will be taken care of.

Exactly as shown Received my part very quickly and packaged well. It was exactly as the picture showed and worked perfectly. It was a little difficult to make sure I had the right motor as the description didn’t give many details. I have about 110 PTAC’s and this will be my first parts source!
