GBCalled the toll free number and… Called the toll free number and received excellent info on what size and type of PTAC would be best for my situation (400 sqft sunroom in North Carolina.) Advised that 7-10 days were required for drop ship, got it on day 10. Ordered PTAC using the website, easy, no issues. Unit works great, had it installed by my HVAC tech during annual maintenance of other units (gas pack and mini split.)
