Good experience with Caplor. Install completed in March 2022. Caplor advised but then listened to our requirements, rather than telling us what we ought to have, allowing us to have a two-string panel set up facing both South and West providing me with 5 kw. Also installed a GivEnergy battery. Very happy with their staff and the installation process. Good performance from solar panels and battery combo so far.

The fitting and setup was pain free and all trades people and Caplor support staff were excellent. Air source heat pump into a challenging cottage Caplor have installed an air source heat pump in our old quirky cottage beset with ancient plumbing, variable calibre pipes and uneven masonry. Grant and Ryan have done a fantastic job, overcoming all these obstacles, and creating a system that works very well. They respected the property, left no mess, and put in many extra hours to get the job done, with good humour and not a word of complaint. Ours was a difficult install, successfully completed.
