Air source heat pump into a challenging cottage Caplor have installed an air source heat pump in our old quirky cottage beset with ancient plumbing, variable calibre pipes and uneven masonry. Grant and Ryan have done a fantastic job, overcoming all these obstacles, and creating a system that works very well. They respected the property, left no mess, and put in many extra hours to get the job done, with good humour and not a word of complaint. Ours was a difficult install, successfully completed. Can George fix it, yes he can. George from Caplor came to replace a failed component. What a pleasant chap, he sorted our problem very quickly and identified one we hadn’t even noticed, supplying a fix which now has our system working brilliantly. Thank you George and Caplor.

Caplor Energy appears to have ceased… Caplor Energy appears to have ceased trading! Good luck if you’re in mid project with them. Not a word from them and phones not being answered!

Thank you Caplor! Thank you Caplor! We have been delighted with our solar panels and battery especially with rising fuel prices. There have been one or two problems however but the Caplor Team and tried really hard to set things right and we have appreciated their help and commitment to sort out the problem efficiently and well.

Installer totally messed up with… Installer totally messed up with battery connection with possibly wrong email entered was told he would need to contact Tesla to fix problem haven’t heard anything yet and can’t contact caplor sent emails called office no response very frustrating service UNPROFESSIONAL only want them to finish job correctly and completely my advice to anyone who looks at caplor for anything DONT will rethink review if problem solved
