Air source heat pump into a challenging cottage Caplor have installed an air source heat pump in our old quirky cottage beset with ancient plumbing, variable calibre pipes and uneven masonry. Grant and Ryan have done a fantastic job, overcoming all these obstacles, and creating a system that works very well. They respected the property, left no mess, and put in many extra hours to get the job done, with good humour and not a word of complaint. Ours was a difficult install, successfully completed. Air Source Heat Pump Installation We installed an air source heat pump 12 months ago and the service and expertise shown by Caplor was excellent. The installation was very professional and despite being nervous about switching from oil to ASHP we should not have worried. The house is warm and we have plentiful hot water. Caplor quoted us some running costs and having had the unit for 12 months I can confirm that the costs were actually cheaper than anticipated. Very pleased indeed.

Solar PV installed but doesn’t perform as advertised Solar PV installed and commissioned on 19 Oct 2022. The system has never worked as advertised. We continue to export energy to the grid with a battery at zero. Very poor response from the Caplor customer support team, very slow to react, keep getting “holding” messages. Began to wonder if they were still in business. We are pensioners and have invested in a greener solution for our energy needs but remain frustrated by the lack of action or even basic customer care. If no reply/ rectification soon will taking it the law. 15 March The firm ware within the inverter has been updated. Now waiting and monitoring the system to see if it improves the situation

Solar panels installed by Caplor… Solar panels installed by Caplor efficiently and with minimum disruption. Team was knowledgeable and friendly. We've had them running for a few years now and Caplor has always responded quickly to any queries we had. One slight issue was resolved at no expense to ourselves. Can recommend Caplor if you wish to go down the solar panels route.
