GBCan George fix it, yes he can. George from Caplor came to replace a failed component. What a pleasant chap, he sorted our problem very quickly and identified one we hadn’t even noticed, supplying a fix which now has our system working brilliantly. Thank you George and Caplor.

GBFor Solar panels chose Caplor Energy! Just had solar panels plus batteries installed. Can’t rate them highly enough. From the consultations through to Vinny the installer Teme Valley Electricians and the scaffolders they used, they were the loveliest, most helpful people you could ask for! They are brilliant, they have worked so hard in unpredictable weather conditions with amazing humour and professionalism. The work has been completed to the highest standard with minimal fuss or disruption, Thank you!!!!

GBParked on a pedestrian crossing not… Parked on a pedestrian crossing not allowing access for wheelchairs or pushchairs almost causing multiple accidents for pedestrians having to cross on unsafe parts of the road. Your vehicle has not only been parked here for a small amount of time it has been here since Friday evening and it is now Sunday evening! Number plate WP66 LGU. Suggest you have a few words with your workers about where they park because this is very unsafe for disabled, elderly and family’s.

GBCaplor have just completed the… Caplor have just completed the installation of Mitsubishi cascade air source heat pumps and new radiators to our cottage.The installation team led by Chris and supported by Martin and Josh completed the work to a very high standard and on time. GBMajor failing There were some minor issues with the installation which were resolved within the contract. However, their major failing is communication, particularly when something went wrong. Unfortunately the heating/hot water system failed barely 2 months installation. It then became apparent that there was no emergency contact for repair. I had the phone number of a team leader who provided details of a local company for repair. Yet again, not straightforward: both numbers were for office and not out-of-hours. The issue was unresolved through the New Year weekend 2023. An engineer from the second company came within an hour but was unable to repair as it seemed a circuit board had failed. The manufacturer LG was no help because they too were difficult to contact and, when an order was placed, delivery was quoted as 5-7 days - hardly suitable for such an important piece of equipment. The irritation was enhanced by having a premium rate phone number for contact. Overall- rubbish.
