Good experience with Caplor. Install completed in March 2022. Caplor advised but then listened to our requirements, rather than telling us what we ought to have, allowing us to have a two-string panel set up facing both South and West providing me with 5 kw. Also installed a GivEnergy battery. Very happy with their staff and the installation process. Good performance from solar panels and battery combo so far.

Caplor have just completed the… Caplor have just completed the installation of Mitsubishi cascade air source heat pumps and new radiators to our cottage.The installation team led by Chris and supported by Martin and Josh completed the work to a very high standard and on time. Installer totally messed up with… Installer totally messed up with battery connection with possibly wrong email entered was told he would need to contact Tesla to fix problem haven’t heard anything yet and can’t contact caplor sent emails called office no response very frustrating service UNPROFESSIONAL only want them to finish job correctly and completely my advice to anyone who looks at caplor for anything DONT will rethink review if problem solved

There have been one or two problems however but the Caplor Team and tried really hard to set things right and we have appreciated their help and commitment to sort out the problem efficiently and well.

Super Solar PV + Battery Install They were quick and efficient on the quote / install, flexible to my needs and everything looks, and is working, super! It's brought down my electricty costs by half (approx) and it was the best feeling in the world to see the electricity usage on the smart meter fall (and keep falling). Next project is to find more roof space to put on additional panels and to get an additional battery.
