Ordered April 1,2024 never received my… Ordered April 1,2024 never received my item or an update confirming my item have me worried. It’s been 3 weeks and I can’t even contact anyone. When I click the contact us link the page is always down. I don’t know what’s going on but I’ll just go to the store and buy one because I need it and they’re taking too long. This isn’t how I want to start off with a delivery company so I’ll cancel this asap this weekend. Thanks for nothing

The filters are fine but Fedex delivers… The filters are fine but Fedex delivers them damaged and I have to call and have Second Nature send me new ones 2 times in a row now. Stop using Fedex!!

Second Nature Insurance Company is pure… Second Nature Insurance Company is pure trash. I was told by second Nature and also provided written response. They finally uploaded my rental agreement. On February 2nd I received an email from Atrium Mgmt and now I do not have rental insurance. What I am trying to wrap my mind around is How can you have insurance and accepted by Nature Insurance and now that’s not good.
