GBOrdered April 1,2024 never received my… Ordered April 1,2024 never received my item or an update confirming my item have me worried. It’s been 3 weeks and I can’t even contact anyone. When I click the contact us link the page is always down. I don’t know what’s going on but I’ll just go to the store and buy one because I need it and they’re taking too long. This isn’t how I want to start off with a delivery company so I’ll cancel this asap this weekend. Thanks for nothing

They are quick to fix shipping + order issues, even when it is my fault! The quality of the filters is great too. Thank you!

GBNo forgetting to "remember to change the furnace filters" any longer! Before I found Second Nature, I would buy a 6 pack of filters, and always forget to actually install the new one each month. A 6 pack could last be 2-3 Years, causing obvious harm to our home and not helping to keep it clean. Now with the Auto Shipment option, I change the filters ever month when the filters arrive. Our home it healthier and cleaner thanks to Second Nautre.

GBThe filters are fine but Fedex delivers… The filters are fine but Fedex delivers them damaged and I have to call and have Second Nature send me new ones 2 times in a row now. Stop using Fedex!!
