Also great for odd sized filters that are normally hard to find or require trying multiple home improvement stores! All around great company to do business with!

GBThe filters are fine but Fedex delivers… The filters are fine but Fedex delivers them damaged and I have to call and have Second Nature send me new ones 2 times in a row now. Stop using Fedex!!

GB"it's not economical to refund you" Customer support is a joke. They don't email you before shipments are made so I emailed in to get it canceled right after I was emailed about it being shipped and they responded with this. "Thanks for reaching out. We truly apologize for any inconvenience. Once your order processes and ships we are unable to issue a refund or accept returns. As our main expense is shipping, it is simply not economical."

GBMy allergies are WORSE now!! I was sold on the fact that their filters picked up more pollen, dust and pet dander - all of which at least one person in our household are allergic to. After a full YEAR of the Second Nature filter subscription, all of our allergies are WORSE! I found out these are the same guys that ran Filter Easy which was also terrible. I guess that’s why they changed their name.
