GBOrdered April 1,2024 never received my… Ordered April 1,2024 never received my item or an update confirming my item have me worried. It’s been 3 weeks and I can’t even contact anyone. When I click the contact us link the page is always down. I don’t know what’s going on but I’ll just go to the store and buy one because I need it and they’re taking too long. This isn’t how I want to start off with a delivery company so I’ll cancel this asap this weekend. Thanks for nothing

GB"it's not economical to refund you" Customer support is a joke. They don't email you before shipments are made so I emailed in to get it canceled right after I was emailed about it being shipped and they responded with this. "Thanks for reaching out. We truly apologize for any inconvenience. Once your order processes and ships we are unable to issue a refund or accept returns. As our main expense is shipping, it is simply not economical."

GBAn excellent subscription service for those who need a reminder to change their filters! I am an incredibly forgetful person. I'm embarrassed to even say how long I've gone between changing my air filters. Getting them shipped to me reminds me to change them on a schedule and I've noticed a remarkable difference in how often I need to dust. I love that they also have less common sizes as both my filters are difficult to find in store. I recommend this subscription service to everyone.
