USOrdered April 1,2024 never received my… Ordered April 1,2024 never received my item or an update confirming my item have me worried. It’s been 3 weeks and I can’t even contact anyone. When I click the contact us link the page is always down. I don’t know what’s going on but I’ll just go to the store and buy one because I need it and they’re taking too long. This isn’t how I want to start off with a delivery company so I’ll cancel this asap this weekend. Thanks for nothing

USThe filters are fine but Fedex delivers… The filters are fine but Fedex delivers them damaged and I have to call and have Second Nature send me new ones 2 times in a row now. Stop using Fedex!!

USKudos to Second Nature! I am a property manager and have been using Second Nature for 2+ years now. They have two customer service reps that are fantastic - Tenia Armstrong and Tai Fields! They are quick to fix shipping + order issues, even when it is my fault! The quality of the filters is great too. Thank you!

USSecond Nature Insurance Company is pure… Second Nature Insurance Company is pure trash. I was told by second Nature and also provided written response. They finally uploaded my rental agreement. On February 2nd I received an email from Atrium Mgmt and now I do not have rental insurance. What I am trying to wrap my mind around is How can you have insurance and accepted by Nature Insurance and now that’s not good. When you talk to the property management all I get attitude along with a table spoon of Nasty
