The filters are fine but Fedex delivers… The filters are fine but Fedex delivers them damaged and I have to call and have Second Nature send me new ones 2 times in a row now. Stop using Fedex!!

My allergies are WORSE now!! I was sold on the fact that their filters picked up more pollen, dust and pet dander - all of which at least one person in our household are allergic to. After a full YEAR of the Second Nature filter subscription, all of our allergies are WORSE! I found out these are the same guys that ran Filter Easy which was also terrible. I guess that’s why they changed their name.

An excellent subscription service for those who need a reminder to change their filters! I am an incredibly forgetful person. I'm embarrassed to even say how long I've gone between changing my air filters. Getting them shipped to me reminds me to change them on a schedule and I've noticed a remarkable difference in how often I need to dust. I love that they also have less common sizes as both my filters are difficult to find in store. I recommend this subscription service to everyone.

Kudos to Second Nature! I am a property manager and have been using Second Nature for 2+ years now. They have two customer service reps that are fantastic - Tenia Armstrong and Tai Fields! I use second nature for heat/air & refrigerator I use second nature for heat/air filter and water filter for refrigerator. The filters are always high quality and fit like they are supposed to. The filters also work like they are supposed to. You can custom set the dates for your specific needs. For me, it is every other month for heat/air and every six months for refrigerator water filter. Then I never forget to replace them because it is always time to do so when they arrive. The pricing is competitive with the market. I love the second nature experience!
