USI ordered an air conditioner and got a toilet I ordered an air conditioner. They quickly sent me a kegerator. A nice one, but I had ordered an air conditioner so I had to send it back. Then they sent me a toilet. A nice one, but I had ordered an air conditioner. I thought someone at the warehouse must be trolling me for some reason. Finally, on the third try, they sent me an air conditioner. And no, they didn’t offer a discount or anything at all for all the heavy lifting and moving I had to go through returning the two mistakes they sent me.

USDon’t buy through eComfort Bought a Revolv furnace through eComfort, big mistake. They bought the unit from Ferguson who bought it from the manufacturer Style Crest. Nobody takes responsibility but takes money and points to the other. Any “warranty” is void once it is delivered or if you even think about DIY. If it’s delivered to you HVAC people won’t touch it. Installation instructions are poor because as I was told they don’t want you to touch it. If you need a part (orifice change, everybody lives at 2k feet) they won’t give you the part number. In the long run you’ll probably save money and frustration by just hiring HAVC and get it over with. My brother had the same experience when he bought a Williams furnace through them.

USCustomer service You need to know that if you are a DYI installer, don’t bother trying to make a claim, without a licensed installer you are wasting your time. I had a simple bad thread on one fitting, but nothing could be done since I did the work myself. I did have a good experience with getting the equipment and part, Distribution Box for a LG mini split system, and got a quick response when I placed my warranty claim. I also purchased the whole system 2 years ago and had a good experience
