GBDon’t buy through eComfort Bought a Revolv furnace through eComfort, big mistake. They bought the unit from Ferguson who bought it from the manufacturer Style Crest. Nobody takes responsibility but takes money and points to the other. Any “warranty” is void once it is delivered or if you even think about DIY. If it’s delivered to you HVAC people won’t touch it. Installation instructions are poor because as I was told they don’t want you to touch it. If you need a part (orifice change, everybody lives at 2k feet) they won’t give you the part number. In the long run you’ll probably save money and frustration by just hiring HAVC and get it over with. My brother had the same experience when he bought a Williams furnace through them.

GBI ordered an air conditioner and got a toilet I ordered an air conditioner. They quickly sent me a kegerator. A nice one, but I had ordered an air conditioner so I had to send it back. Then they sent me a toilet. A nice one, but I had ordered an air conditioner. I thought someone at the warehouse must be trolling me for some reason. Finally, on the third try, they sent me an air conditioner. And no, they didn’t offer a discount or anything at all for all the heavy lifting and moving I had to go through returning the two mistakes they sent me.

GBPoor service slow shipping not competitive on cost Customer service was not helpful and have template responses. Order was entered same day but paid for expedited shipping. They use FedEx but do not deliver on weekends.? Will respect Amazon delivery service much more going forward They did not have any great technical info either- what was I thinking? Will not use ecomfort again!

GBOrdered mini split system and was… Ordered mini split system and was informed all items were in stock and would ship immediately. I received base unit and 1 head, the other 2 heads they forgot to ship and they shipped TWO weeks later. The sales persons response, “sorry, it was a logistical mistake we can cancel your order if you’re not happy. FIND ANOTHER RETAILER. This company is a rip off, has terrible customer service and can’t get orders out when promised. WARNING-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

GBNothing nice to say… Unclear communication - damaged shipments - horrible service - not worth the savings. Choose a REPUTABLE company to work with.
