GBAbysmal customer service Abysmal customer service. Brand new boiler has needed two replacement parts - having sent warranty claim form in immediately after speaking to the agent, making clear this is urgent (no heat situation), I have received no response at all. Tried contacting through their contact form (no reply), and spent all day Saturday trying to contact by phone, which was constantly busy with, incredibly, no option to hold. It's 20º, in the middle of a winter storm and my house has no heat.

GBThe worst service ever The worst service ever ! I called prior to placing my order to make sure my items are available and I was told YES by a person named Kevin . Days later the drama started . If you're a professional installer like my self and owner of a small business don't deal with this company. You will end up loosing your costumers because of ecomfort.

GBI'm very disappointed with eComfort.com… I'm very disappointed with eComfort.com and LG for not covering Warranty Parts that were replaced by my plumber. All proper forms were filed out. The Parts are covered under warranty. However, because my plumber did not order the replacement parts thru eComfort.com the Warranty Dept says they will not issue a check back to me! VERY SAD and I will never do business again with eComfort OR Power Equipment Direct!!!

GB5 zone Mitsubishi Minisplit works great! I bought a 5 zone concealed duct Mitsubishi Minisplit system from eComfort back in February of 2021. One main shipment then a few follow-ups for additional parts needed. Many parts and many boxes. ALL arrived new in good condition. One special tee fitting was on backorder and arrived a bit sooner than expected. My Mitsubishi Minisplit system has been in use for more than two years now and very happy to have it!

GBDon’t buy through eComfort Bought a Revolv furnace through eComfort, big mistake. They bought the unit from Ferguson who bought it from the manufacturer Style Crest. Nobody takes responsibility but takes money and points to the other. Any “warranty” is void once it is delivered or if you even think about DIY. If it’s delivered to you HVAC people won’t touch it. Installation instructions are poor because as I was told they don’t want you to touch it. If you need a part (orifice change, everybody lives at 2k feet) they won’t give you the part number. In the long run you’ll probably save money and frustration by just hiring HAVC and get it over with. My brother had the same experience when he bought a Williams furnace through them.
