GBThe worst service ever The worst service ever ! I called prior to placing my order to make sure my items are available and I was told YES by a person named Kevin . Days later the drama started . If you're a professional installer like my self and owner of a small business don't deal with this company. You will end up loosing your costumers because of ecomfort.

GB****SCAM ALERT**** eComfort.com will… ****SCAM ALERT**** eComfort.com will claim damage and charge 25% restock fee on all returns in a fraudulent attempt to offset their free shipping costs. Also be aware that most items are over sized, so they will also make you pay for return shipment, the average A coil weighing less than 40lbs will cost you approximately 200 dollars to ship via the common carriers due to the box dimensions. To have a company attempt to charge you in this fashion is outright unethical and fraudulent. See other reviews they are horrible customer service. The Lady on the phone literally said "we don't care". *****SCAM ALERT*****eComfort.com

GBCustomer service You need to know that if you are a DYI installer, don’t bother trying to make a claim, without a licensed installer you are wasting your time. I had a simple bad thread on one fitting, but nothing could be done since I did the work myself. I did have a good experience with getting the equipment and part, Distribution Box for a LG mini split system, and got a quick response when I placed my warranty claim. I also purchased the whole system 2 years ago and had a good experience

GB5 zone Mitsubishi Minisplit works great! I bought a 5 zone concealed duct Mitsubishi Minisplit system from eComfort back in February of 2021. One main shipment then a few follow-ups for additional parts needed. Many parts and many boxes. ALL arrived new in good condition. One special tee fitting was on backorder and arrived a bit sooner than expected. My Mitsubishi Minisplit system has been in use for more than two years now and very happy to have it!

GBDon’t buy through eComfort Bought a Revolv furnace through eComfort, big mistake. They bought the unit from Ferguson who bought it from the manufacturer Style Crest. Nobody takes responsibility but takes money and points to the other. Any “warranty” is void once it is delivered or if you even think about DIY. If it’s delivered to you HVAC people won’t touch it. Installation instructions are poor because as I was told they don’t want you to touch it. If you need a part (orifice change, everybody lives at 2k feet) they won’t give you the part number. In the long run you’ll probably save money and frustration by just hiring HAVC and get it over with. My brother had the same experience when he bought a Williams furnace through them.
