Customer service pulled through In the check out process the wrong information auto filled. I live in Canada and it was being shipped to the US! panicked I reach out to Customer service. They were able to locate my order before being shipped and assist me with the order process. All this in a timely matter during Black Friday

Can’t go wrong with the Cary and Monaco I own both the Cary and Monaco bags and couldn’t be happier with how they’ve held up since purchasing them over three years ago. It’s a testament to the quality of the materials and construction that they hardly look worse for wear—if anything, the leather handles have softened and make it more comfortable to carry. What’s more, the sharp, clever internal features really put S&L above its peers, imo.

Style & incredible durability! Style & incredible durability! I have been using my brief case and back pack everyday for about 3 years. They still look like the day I got them. Made from incredibly strong materials. My favorite details are the industrial strength zippers buckles and findings. Looks like Stuart & Lau have manage to create “buy it for life products”.

Thoughtfully designed hybrid bag I was looking for a surprise birthday present for my husband and liked the look of the Cary double briefcase. Customer support was excellent and they even extended the 30 day refund policy to 60 days for me in case my husband changed his mind and wanted a refund/exchange. The bag did not disappoint! The materials were high quality, the stitching exact, and the pockets and magnetic closures so thoughtfully designed. The leather had a beautiful patina and the zipper pulls had a nice brushed metal finish. My husband loved the bag! The price was on the higher end, but the quality of the bag lived up to expectation and I can see this it holding up to many years of use.

Beautiful, functional bags for work and play! Got The Cary for my brother back when S&L first launched, he loved how functional yet stylish it is for his busy traveling life for work. Now my husband recently bought The Monaco for weekend holidays away that are ever so often living in Hong Kong, and he raves about it, too. Good to see that the products are still as functional and stylish as ever, and that the quality maintains over almost a decade since the brand first launched!
