Can’t go wrong with the Cary and Monaco I own both the Cary and Monaco bags and couldn’t be happier with how they’ve held up since purchasing them over three years ago. It’s a testament to the quality of the materials and construction that they hardly look worse for wear—if anything, the leather handles have softened and make it more comfortable to carry. What’s more, the sharp, clever internal features really put S&L above its peers, imo.

Very Professional and fast Customer Service Got a bag on sale but got into trouble with customs because of the misdeclaration of value. I had to pay import tax because of the declared value. There should have been no problem if the declared value was the sale price. They were super fast in resolving the issue within 2 days. I got the bag, and I am very satisfied with the quality as well as professionalism of Stuart and Lau, I would highly recommend this store for their product and customer service.

Made from incredibly strong materials. My favorite details are the industrial strength zippers buckles and findings. Looks like Stuart & Lau have manage to create “buy it for life products”.

Customer service pulled through In the check out process the wrong information auto filled. I live in Canada and it was being shipped to the US! panicked I reach out to Customer service. They were able to locate my order before being shipped and assist me with the order process. All this in a timely matter during Black Friday
