Disappointing design, manufacturing and warranty policy I pre-ordered and received my Tokyo Edition briefcase back in January. After a week of light use, both T started peeling off from the logo. The bag now looks totally ridiculous. I would remove the logo altogether, but it is injected in the fabric, therefore the result would be worse. The answer from their support when I brought up the issue: "While very rare, this kind of damage can occur where the letters are rubbed or scraped off with enough pressure. There are natural limitations to how much abrasion the lettering can withstand, of course. When this happens, we do kindly ask all customers to understand that fair wear & tear can happen with daily use of any bag, and this is not a defect covered by our warranty." A premium product that shows "fair wear & tear" after a week of light use is not worth more than 2 stars in my opinion.

Style & incredible durability! Style & incredible durability! I have been using my brief case and back pack everyday for about 3 years. They still look like the day I got them. Made from incredibly strong materials. My favorite details are the industrial strength zippers buckles and findings. Looks like Stuart & Lau have manage to create “buy it for life products”.

Top Notch Quality, Unique Style I have a Cary Briefcase, which I purchased over five years ago and it is still going strong. The quality is top and the styling is great. Love that the branding is subtle and not obnoxious. I get compliments non stop. Definitely recommend it over the overpriced luxury and bland travel offerings.

Quality Products, Great Design Extremely well-thought-out products. The Capstone Backpack is my daily work bag and is perfect for business trips; I've carried it all over the world and receive compliments for its stylishness and practical nature - the more I use it, the more I want to continue using it. I regularly carry the Monaco Weekender for short road trips, and the products make great gifts as well. I've given three different bags as gifts (The Weekender, The Cary Briefcase, and The Regimen Gym Bag) and they've always led to very happy recipients. Get a Stuart & Lau bag, you won't regret it!

Excellent gym bag and wallet! I bought a gym bag from Stuart & Lau a couple years ago. The gym bag has been excellent and held up very well (and I put it through the ringer). I also ended up purchasing a wallet from them, which I love (simple great design...high quality materials). Also, I've continued to stay on their email list, so I've received all the customer comms and checked out their website a bunch in the intervening years. Everything is very button up. I'm very impressed with this company and am happy to share my 5 star experience.
