GBI ordered my large rug for my living… I ordered my large rug for my living room, after placing my order I was alarmed when I read reviews about this company. My rug was £239 and is 3m x 3m However I needn’t have worried my rug arrived with fedex in 6 days from placing my order. The rug is absolutely stunning, size, quality and colour is beautiful exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely order again from them. Ignore negative reviews maybe they were for a lesser quality cheaper product I don’t know, but ours is stunning 🤩

GBI absolutely love this outdoor rug I absolutely love this outdoor rug. Looks like an indoor one but totally water resistant. Well worth the money!

GBAgree with all the one-star reviews. Agree with all the one-star reviews. I didn’t realise it’s a US company. I ordered 11 days ago, it’s not arrived yet. No UK customer service number to call. I’m a bit suspicious of all the “Delighted” reviews.

GBSingle parent carer ripped off Single parent carer , housebound by disabilities myself . I bought a £69 rug but it was not big enough . It’s not a uk based company, so the name is very misleading - I found that out upon return , which cost £15 . So to date I’m £84 out of pocket , which to Rugs.not.uk is nothing but to me that’s a good weeks food shopping . Of course I’ve contacted them and I’ve had scattered responses ….3 days after their last ‘ don’t worry please wait ‘ email I’m still chasing them up for my money it’s been a month since I ordered the rug . I’m £84 out of pocket and no rug . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !
