I want to return it but have seen on their webpage that it has to be returned to switzerland or USA and I have to pay the postage. I find this company totally misleading why advertise rugs uk when it is not a uk company

Although called Rugs UK - its abroad Although called Rugs UK, until you get to the end they are all shipped from America, and not all rugs can be viewed by the room viewer - not available on all rugs! So we wait to see if its as described and colour etc

Not UK based company, misleading Website doesn't make it clear this isn't a UK based company. I have only received messages saying there maybe delays in replying to emails and sending tracking information. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. The experience so far is not reassuring and if the rug is not suitable, it will cost too much to return . If my rug arrives and is ok I will amend my review but with the doubtful reviews, contact so far only stipulating delays I'm not hopeful.

I ordered my large rug for my living… I ordered my large rug for my living room, after placing my order I was alarmed when I read reviews about this company. My rug was £239 and is 3m x 3m However I needn’t have worried my rug arrived with fedex in 6 days from placing my order. The rug is absolutely stunning, size, quality and colour is beautiful exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely order again from them. Ignore negative reviews maybe they were for a lesser quality cheaper product I don’t know, but ours is stunning 🤩

Please do not order from this company… Please do not order from this company if you are based in the UK. I wish I had read the reviews first. This company is not based in the UK and has no UK return facility. I received my rug today. The quality is truly terrible. The rug has already started to fray and is incredibly thin. It honestly doesn't look professionally made. There is dirt embedded in the material and out isn't worth the money I have paid for it. This company is misleading in all its correspondence and while the shipping was quick and efficient, my experience of their products is appalling.
