GBDon't be fooled by the ".co.uk" website… Don't be fooled by the ".co.uk" website address. I purchased a rug for £79, when it arrived, the colours were nowhere near as vibrant as the pictures on the website. I enquired about returning it and was told it would cost me £61 as you cannot return them to their UK warehouse, they have to be sent to their warehouse in Switzerland or the USA........... I really wish I had looked at the "returns" section of their website first as I would not have ordered from them if that was the case. They did give me a "partial refund" of £24 but I'm still pretty much out of pocket with a rug that did not meet expectations

GBSingle parent carer ripped off Single parent carer , housebound by disabilities myself . I bought a £69 rug but it was not big enough . It’s not a uk based company, so the name is very misleading - I found that out upon return , which cost £15 . So to date I’m £84 out of pocket , which to Rugs.not.uk is nothing but to me that’s a good weeks food shopping . Of course I’ve contacted them and I’ve had scattered responses ….3 days after their last ‘ don’t worry please wait ‘ email I’m still chasing them up for my money it’s been a month since I ordered the rug . I’m £84 out of pocket and no rug . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

GBIf you think it’s too good to be true … remember it is. Ordered a green rug … it’s not green or has ever seen the colour green. Pictures are VERY misleading. Not even worth the sale price let alone the over £200 original price tag. Only found out their actual location (NOT UK) after ordering so a return isn’t cost effective. Avoid!

GBI purshased small rug at £120 it looks… I purshased small rug at £120 it looks cheap and nothing like the photo on the website. I want to return it but have seen on their webpage that it has to be returned to switzerland or USA and I have to pay the postage. I find this company totally misleading why advertise rugs uk when it is not a uk company
