Warning. Do not place an order with this company. The rug we ordered arrived damaged. I informed the company and sent photographs. They refused to collect item or send label for a return. Told to send back at my expense to an address in Switzerland or USA at cost of £60. I phoned the company and said this was not acceptable. I was told to cut the loose threads from the rug and keep it. After sending over 15 emails and making a call to USA I did get a resolution. But, I should have read reviews before I placed an order. The company is not in the UK and the quality of the rug we received was very poor.

Not UK based company, misleading Website doesn't make it clear this isn't a UK based company. I have only received messages saying there maybe delays in replying to emails and sending tracking information. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. The experience so far is not reassuring and if the rug is not suitable, it will cost too much to return . If my rug arrives and is ok I will amend my review but with the doubtful reviews, contact so far only stipulating delays I'm not hopeful.

Don't be fooled by the ".co.uk" website… Don't be fooled by the ".co.uk" website address. I purchased a rug for £79, when it arrived, the colours were nowhere near as vibrant as the pictures on the website. I enquired about returning it and was told it would cost me £61 as you cannot return them to their UK warehouse, they have to be sent to their warehouse in Switzerland or the USA........... I really wish I had looked at the "returns" section of their website first as I would not have ordered from them if that was the case. They did give me a "partial refund" of £24 but I'm still pretty much out of pocket with a rug that did not meet expectations

Genuine company, but outlandish carbon footprint UK storefront .co.uk for an American company, which can be misleading - they would do better to be more upfront about that (although they don't actually hide the fact) to ensure a less nerve-fraying experience for customers. Nevertheless, having ordered a Light Blue Vienna Square Rug, it arrived 5 days later, all the way from California via Memphis, in perfect condition. We are very happy with it, it seems good quality for the price, although having been mass produced in Turkey, then shipped to my home in UK via California it racks up a prodigious carbon footprint.

Fantastic range of gorgeous rugs Great website, huge choice of lovely rugs. Easy to use filters were very useful and saved me having to look through pages of rugs which did not fit my criteria. Delighted to find an all cotton rug in the colour I wanted, the size I wanted and the price I wanted. Excellent!!
