Upon delivery, we found the wood to be blemish free, perfectly matched and secured by the most sturdy hardware we could imagine. The delivery was memorable, too, for packaging with the greatest of care. All told, we are entirely happy with this purchase and think it to be an excellent value.

They paid to have both benches shipped back and refinished them beautifully. Then they sent them back to me, all at their expense. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and were so friendly. Such good customer service is rare these days. What a great company.

GBEasy to assemble Made an online order and paid via Credit Card. The process was easy. Then Customer Service called to schedule delivery. My six foot park bench arrived on time (I had scheduled the delivery in a window of dry weather during a very wet week). The 165lb pallet was dropped off near my backyard so I did not have to drag it a very long distance. I unpacked the well packaged product, and started the assembly, which was a rare pleasure as the product was so well made that all the parts fit perfectly. The bench was put together in just over one hour and all by self. The downpour restarted just after I cleaned up the packaging material. The bench is beautiful and dries fairly quickly under the sun so that I have been able to enjoy it during stretches of dryness.
