They paid to have both benches shipped back and refinished them beautifully. Then they sent them back to me, all at their expense. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and were so friendly. GBMuch better quality than our previous… Much better quality than our previous cover. Box under cover ( included) allows for better moisture drainage. The tie mechanism, web straps, is much stronger and better than previous plastic pieces with elastic ropes. Very pleased with the new cover and improvements as we live in the mountains with high winds on occasions.
