I called the contact number for the shipper every day in order to make sure someone was there to receive the delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery was made even though the item was reported to stop be in transit.

They paid to have both benches shipped back and refinished them beautifully. Then they sent them back to me, all at their expense. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and were so friendly. GBThe product is beautiful The product is beautiful. Sadly, due to outside work -- replacement of soffits and repairs to stucco, we haven't been able to use it on our oceanfront lanai yet. When I called in with questions about "care" of the furniture, everyone I talked with was extremely helpful and attentive to the suggestion I made for getting care information to the customer prior to delivery.

GBBeautiful and exceptional construction The Barbuda steamer chair is unusually comfortable. We knew this before ordering. Upon delivery, we found the wood to be blemish free, perfectly matched and secured by the most sturdy hardware we could imagine. The delivery was memorable, too, for packaging with the greatest of care. All told, we are entirely happy with this purchase and think it to be an excellent value.
