GBAmazing Customer Support My 2 benches with the marine grade finish looked pretty bad after only 2 years so I called Westminster. They were amazing. They paid to have both benches shipped back and refinished them beautifully. Then they sent them back to me, all at their expense. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and were so friendly. GBThe product is beautiful The product is beautiful. Sadly, due to outside work -- replacement of soffits and repairs to stucco, we haven't been able to use it on our oceanfront lanai yet. When I called in with questions about "care" of the furniture, everyone I talked with was extremely helpful and attentive to the suggestion I made for getting care information to the customer prior to delivery.
