We were having trouble finding some… We were having trouble finding some nice teak furniture for our patio so we decided to go online. We have been very pleased with the furniture we ordered. Ordering was easy and the delivery was fast. The furniture is beautiful and high quality.

Easy to assemble Made an online order and paid via Credit Card. The process was easy. Then Customer Service called to schedule delivery. My six foot park bench arrived on time (I had scheduled the delivery in a window of dry weather during a very wet week). The 165lb pallet was dropped off near my backyard so I did not have to drag it a very long distance. I unpacked the well packaged product, and started the assembly, which was a rare pleasure as the product was so well made that all the parts fit perfectly. The bench was put together in just over one hour and all by self. The downpour restarted just after I cleaned up the packaging material. The bench is beautiful and dries fairly quickly under the sun so that I have been able to enjoy it during stretches of dryness.

The product is beautiful The product is beautiful. Sadly, due to outside work -- replacement of soffits and repairs to stucco, we haven't been able to use it on our oceanfront lanai yet. When I called in with questions about "care" of the furniture, everyone I talked with was extremely helpful and attentive to the suggestion I made for getting care information to the customer prior to delivery.

Much better quality than our previous… Much better quality than our previous cover. Box under cover ( included) allows for better moisture drainage. The tie mechanism, web straps, is much stronger and better than previous plastic pieces with elastic ropes. Very pleased with the new cover and improvements as we live in the mountains with high winds on occasions.

Amazing Customer Support My 2 benches with the marine grade finish looked pretty bad after only 2 years so I called Westminster. They were amazing. They paid to have both benches shipped back and refinished them beautifully. Then they sent them back to me, all at their expense. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and were so friendly. Such good customer service is rare these days. What a great company.
