I called the contact number for the shipper every day in order to make sure someone was there to receive the delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery was made even though the item was reported to stop be in transit.

They paid to have both benches shipped back and refinished them beautifully. Then they sent them back to me, all at their expense. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and were so friendly. Such good customer service is rare these days. What a great company.
