My six foot park bench arrived on time (I had scheduled the delivery in a window of dry weather during a very wet week). The 165lb pallet was dropped off near my backyard so I did not have to drag it a very long distance. I unpacked the well packaged product, and started the assembly, which was a rare pleasure as the product was so well made that all the parts fit perfectly. The bench was put together in just over one hour and all by self. The downpour restarted just after I cleaned up the packaging material. The bench is beautiful and dries fairly quickly under the sun so that I have been able to enjoy it during stretches of dryness.

GBThe product is beautiful The product is beautiful. Sadly, due to outside work -- replacement of soffits and repairs to stucco, we haven't been able to use it on our oceanfront lanai yet. When I called in with questions about "care" of the furniture, everyone I talked with was extremely helpful and attentive to the suggestion I made for getting care information to the customer prior to delivery.
