GBMuch better quality than our previous… Much better quality than our previous cover. Box under cover ( included) allows for better moisture drainage. The tie mechanism, web straps, is much stronger and better than previous plastic pieces with elastic ropes. Very pleased with the new cover and improvements as we live in the mountains with high winds on occasions.

GBEasy to assemble Made an online order and paid via Credit Card. The process was easy. Then Customer Service called to schedule delivery. My six foot park bench arrived on time (I had scheduled the delivery in a window of dry weather during a very wet week). The 165lb pallet was dropped off near my backyard so I did not have to drag it a very long distance. I unpacked the well packaged product, and started the assembly, which was a rare pleasure as the product was so well made that all the parts fit perfectly. The bench was put together in just over one hour and all by self. The downpour restarted just after I cleaned up the packaging material. The bench is beautiful and dries fairly quickly under the sun so that I have been able to enjoy it during stretches of dryness.
