Easy to assemble Made an online order and paid via Credit Card. The process was easy. Then Customer Service called to schedule delivery. My six foot park bench arrived on time (I had scheduled the delivery in a window of dry weather during a very wet week). The 165lb pallet was dropped off near my backyard so I did not have to drag it a very long distance. I unpacked the well packaged product, and started the assembly, which was a rare pleasure as the product was so well made that all the parts fit perfectly. The bench was put together in just over one hour and all by self. The downpour restarted just after I cleaned up the packaging material. The bench is beautiful and dries fairly quickly under the sun so that I have been able to enjoy it during stretches of dryness.

Beautiful and exceptional construction The Barbuda steamer chair is unusually comfortable. We knew this before ordering. Upon delivery, we found the wood to be blemish free, perfectly matched and secured by the most sturdy hardware we could imagine. The delivery was memorable, too, for packaging with the greatest of care. All told, we are entirely happy with this purchase and think it to be an excellent value.

Much better quality than our previous… Much better quality than our previous cover. Box under cover ( included) allows for better moisture drainage. The tie mechanism, web straps, is much stronger and better than previous plastic pieces with elastic ropes. Very pleased with the new cover and improvements as we live in the mountains with high winds on occasions.

I called the contact number for the shipper every day in order to make sure someone was there to receive the delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery was made even though the item was reported to stop be in transit.

Vogue table has a couple of niggles but is great We bought a Wesminster Vogue table and so far it hasn't disappointed. It is too difficult to get the table opened up for the second leaf but i suspect that tightness can be remedied with a bit of light sanding. The quality of the wood and stainless are high and except for a slightly misaligned (very slight) screw hole through the stainless frame into the table top, we're very pleased. It looks great and should provide many years of service.
