GBHappy Repeat Customer I am a repeat customer. Back in 2015, I purchased some Arroyo outdoor lighting, which I unfortunately lost in a house fire last year. When I went to try to purchase the same fixtures this year, I found the original paperwork with the product and contact information. With so many businesses folding during the pandemic, I was thrilled to get a reply from Joseph as I remember how knowledgeable and helpful he was in informing me about the options and choosing glass combinations. This time, in addition to replacing the previous fixtures, I also ordered an interior one. Again, Joseph was extremely helpful. He responded quickly to the series of emails I sent, and when Arroyo filled an order incorrectly, he was right on top of rectifying the situation. He also gave me a discount for being a return customer. I definitely plan to do business with Oak Park in the future, should the occasion arise.

GBGreat quality The numbers are beautifully designed and made, however I was very surprised at the color. I ordered the bronze and what arrived basically looks black; none of the coppery features of the bronze shown in the photo. I did understand that metal finishes vary, but was expecting something different based on photos.

GBA+ Copper Leaf Tiles The copper leaf tiles look far more expensive than they are. I was so impressed by the first two I received I immediately ordered a third. Extremely happy with how they look hung together on an outside wall.

GBVery happy with the Arroyo Craftsman Carmel hanging pendants These Arroyo Carmel hanging pendants are wonderful! I had some questions about the suitability of a couple of different style lights that could each work in my setting, and Joseph helped me sort through the options and pros/cons of each. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't be happier with my choice, and the quality of the lights is excellent - the "craftsman" part of their name is completely appropriate. They are both elegant and classic; they have just the right look and feel. A wonderful addition to our home.
