Bought some £125+ mats and when arrived… Bought some £125+ mats and when arrived where dented all along the sides. The response was “it doesn’t affect their use”. Are you kidding me? After some discussion the company offered a full refund and I am now happy, hence I have amended the score snd review. Given the firm refunded me I am no longer unhappy and in fact pleased with the end of the journey.

I expected the rigid mat to be flat packed, so extra care was needed to unroll the mat as there is a LOT of tension. Lays and stays flat once on the carpet. Overall very pleased and would use Matstores again. I bought directly and not from Amazon.

Only issue was I ordered a mat which was showing as in stock and then got an email a day later to say it wasn't available and my account would be refunded. If its not available then in my opinion it shouldn't be showing on website. Other than that no issues with this company.
