Tanaka made it easy to do business with them Finding what I needed on the website was easy, ordering it was easy, the price of item and postage was reasonable, the despatch was the same day despite ordering quite late, and the quality of the item and packaging on receipt was strong. Communication breakdown I looked over the technical drawing on the website which was all laid out numerically. Found the numbers I needed and order. It took quite a bit of time for my items to arrive. Immediately on opening the package I new it was the wrong casing for my machine. So I took photos of both the machine with the parts sent next to the machine and sent an email back to the company. I've heard nothing back whatsoever. I appreciate things might go wrong but it's been weeks now and still nothing. This is a machine I use which is a real inconvenience. Jason McKay Trim Yer Bush
