Parts are good but delivery took over 3… Parts are good but delivery took over 3 weeks to arrive should have been 3 to 5days???!!!

Items delivered as ordered Quick delivery when items are in stock. Small items suchas screws and washers expensive for what they are.

Communication breakdown I looked over the technical drawing on the website which was all laid out numerically. Found the numbers I needed and order. It took quite a bit of time for my items to arrive. Immediately on opening the package I new it was the wrong casing for my machine. So I took photos of both the machine with the parts sent next to the machine and sent an email back to the company. I've heard nothing back whatsoever. I appreciate things might go wrong but it's been weeks now and still nothing. This is a machine I use which is a real inconvenience. Jason McKay Trim Yer Bush

Quality Back Up Service I have owned my Tanaka hedge trimmer for 22 years so I didn't expect to be able to get parts for such an old machine. Tanaka spares had everything I needed as well as sending them very quickly. Once I've fitted the parts I hope it will go on for another 22 years. It's a very high quality engineered machine.
