The website is well organised with clear exploded drawings making it easy to identify the parts I needed for my strimmer. They seem to have a very extensive inventory of available parts. Ordering is a doddle. The prices are very reasonable. And, after ordering on a Sunday my parcel arrived the following Tuesday. What’s not to like? I will definitely use them again.

Strimmer brush cutter head I ordered the product in the afternoon and it was delivered by Royal Mail promptly the following morning. It came with adjuster screws and fully wound. I could have done with fitting instructions - had to use YouTube to find out how to take off the old head. But once that was done the new one went on easily.

Quality Back Up Service I have owned my Tanaka hedge trimmer for 22 years so I didn't expect to be able to get parts for such an old machine. Tanaka spares had everything I needed as well as sending them very quickly. Once I've fitted the parts I hope it will go on for another 22 years. It's a very high quality engineered machine.
