Communication breakdown I looked over the technical drawing on the website which was all laid out numerically. Found the numbers I needed and order. It took quite a bit of time for my items to arrive. Immediately on opening the package I new it was the wrong casing for my machine. So I took photos of both the machine with the parts sent next to the machine and sent an email back to the company. I've heard nothing back whatsoever. I appreciate things might go wrong but it's been weeks now and still nothing. This is a machine I use which is a real inconvenience. Jason McKay Trim Yer Bush

I Am Very impressed with Tanaka Spares I am very impressed with Tanaka Spares. The website is well organised with clear exploded drawings making it easy to identify the parts I needed for my strimmer. They seem to have a very extensive inventory of available parts. Ordering is a doddle. The prices are very reasonable. And, after ordering on a Sunday my parcel arrived the following Tuesday. What’s not to like? I will definitely use them again.
