Strimmer brush cutter head I ordered the product in the afternoon and it was delivered by Royal Mail promptly the following morning. It came with adjuster screws and fully wound. I could have done with fitting instructions - had to use YouTube to find out how to take off the old head. But once that was done the new one went on easily.

Communication breakdown I looked over the technical drawing on the website which was all laid out numerically. Found the numbers I needed and order. It took quite a bit of time for my items to arrive. Immediately on opening the package I new it was the wrong casing for my machine. So I took photos of both the machine with the parts sent next to the machine and sent an email back to the company. I've heard nothing back whatsoever. I appreciate things might go wrong but it's been weeks now and still nothing. This is a machine I use which is a real inconvenience. Jason McKay Trim Yer Bush

Just ordered a petty item so ordered… Just ordered a petty item so ordered two. Expected it to be a couple of weeks, not so arrived within a couple of days and hay presto my Tanaka hedge trimmer is back up and running. By the way this has to be one of the best pull cord hedge trimmers I have used.
